Whats this WE stuff. You weren't around and don't know what you are talking about. It never even got to any discussion of seniority.
Hey, I never said "WE". and it was printed in the U-Turn thingy, so it must be true.......

Thank you. After 30+ minutes of listening to that guy, then, so see some slob with unbuttoned shirt ask about seniority from someone who really cannot talk about it at all, I'd sooner stick needles in my eyeballs.

Your quote is a paraphrase of what Mr. Parker said, and only after proffering a ton of qualifications that basically negated anything he said about it. Listen to him around the 35 minute mark and see if he really said what you quoted. I think you took your misquote out of context. It would not be for Mr. Parker to comment one way or another about a union "award", even to say whether a union could ignore or not something.

What if the company opener on Seniority Integration is the Nicolau Award? It has been accepted by the company already.

Haven't you been paying attention? There is no Nic. All the usaps have to do is show up with their homemade seniority list.

That "slob" you are referring to is one of USAPAs volunteers...I believe he is a membership rep. I know him, we went to school together.

And he's one of the most pleasant, generous men I've ever met and had the pleasure to fly with. He probably had his shirt unbuttoned because he would "give you the shirt off his back" if you needed it.

The company can only receive what a union proffers. There is no "opener" possible from the company as they never were, and never will be, a party to that issue.

A better way to state the "acceptance" you assert is that the company "receives" a seniority plan. Technically, they do not "accept" it, which would erroneously imply they had some kind of choice in the matter.

My apologies for the remark. I should have said, the person with the unbuttoned shirt and undershirt sticking out. Then, he had the temerity to bring up the "nic", asking a person who has no input to the "award" to comment on it. Pulease. A better question would be to ask the Dalai Lama about uniform allowance, for all the relevance his question had. I thought Mr. Parker easily hedged the answer into oblivion, well done.

I am certain that the man is. I never made a comment about his generosity or how pleasant he was. It is interesting to me that a group of humans blur a persons "niceness" into untouchable status.

After all, I'd give someone my pants if they needed them. However, it doesn't mean I walk around with my pants unzipped.

An honest question for you = What possible reason does the company have for even the slightest concern over what list they're given to use? Let me guess...ala' "Practice Cactus"..They're just so hopelessly in love with all the west pilots.....that their little hearts will just break if you're not given everything that you want? Let me assume that your "Plan B" is to somehow, magically sue the company into oblivion if they don't?...Either notion oughta' give 'em a good laugh. Can we, at least eventually..move conversation within even the smallest aspects of reality?

Why do we not ask the company to put all the former PSA pilots on the bottom, since they would be obsolete if it were not for US Airways?

Why do you continually not see the hypocrisy of each one of your posts?

Troubling thoughts from a former PSA member who got date of hire. US Airways pilots supported you. Now you turn your back on them.

Please list the assets useable today, that US Airways received from acquiring psa. Do not even attempt this, for I can tell you right now, nothing but questionable pilots of character, like yourself.

Except in the case legally binding arbitration agreements.

Silly me...how can I have forgetten personally signing off on any/all that lunatic asylum-BS myself? Sigh..my personal integrity is now in shambles...nuts

How do you want the nmb ruling to be handled sir?

Don't be ridiculous sir. The positions are clear = Nic was "fair, just, final and binding"..while, any fully democratic election, within which the entire pilot group was able to vote, and was afterwards fully sanctioned at the federal level by the NMB...and provided a newly enfranchised Union, duly and properly elected by the majority.....clearly means nothing. The participation by the west in voting only afterwards "means nothing".........simply because they did not win. They, therefore..haven't the slightest moral, or legal allegiance to that process, while the evil-easties, by way of astounding group dedication to ever have even achieved that election, much less it's results...have zero integrity. Need anyone inquire further as regards integrity? If so..we always have such gems as "I want the captain seat...and most of all, I want every single east pilot to pay for it!" Clearly..no higher bar could ever be set for "Integrity Matters" than has been clearly established by the west, for the entire world's benefit, moral education..and even properly awestruck reverance

Well there you go again Nostro. Every time I bring up a point that is not in lockstep with your view, you bring up the old PSA issue. That seniority list integration never went to arbitration and was accomplished under the then current ALPA merger policy.

An as far as assets go, how many assets are left from the original USAir? Been to PIT lately? Or PI for that matter, been to BWI lately?

Your arguments hold little if any water, and just because I disagree with you and have genuine skepticism that USAPA can achieve a reordered seniority list, you attack me personally. Maybe you need to spend some time in the cornfield...AGAIN.
