I have met two who specifically told me, unprompted by me I might add (I never bring up these matters with east pilots in person) that they would like usapa to just implement the Nic and get a joint contract so they could just drive across town to the parking lot rather than have to commute across the country. One was a DCA A320 captain and the other was a CLT A320 FO.

Further, I have met numerous east pilots from SAN (including luv9's Mr. my money is on Parker), three from LAX, one from RNO, one from LAS, and I know there are a bunch in the bay area.

If I remember correctly, even Sully testified about how his commute would be easier to PHX?

My jab at Luv9 was to show that there are indeed east pilots who are being harmed by usapa and their fellow east pilots.

Also, I was hoping luv9 would have replied because I do not understand his motivation. He says he is in the top 400, yet brags about attrition that would not effect a pilot in the top 400.

One more thing, I have carried over 2 dozen east flight attendants home to western domiciles (most to/from SAN), and forced seperate ops is also hurting them.
So you carried TRADER and USA320 on your jumpseat, good for you! ,OH and those 2 dozen F/A's flying INT'L and wouldn't bid PHX except to bid VACA on a dare, BTW LUV is in the 500 as well as alot of other EAST posters, our boy 924(our money on) well the land of fruits and nu'''''''''''''''''!
 
How funny will it be 5 years from NOW on LOA93? USAPA has gotten absolutely nowhere in over 3 years. That won't ever change. 85 bucks an hr until you either die or retire. Now THAT is a funny Joke....right?

Don't know what it will be like in 5 years except that I will be 3 yrs. in to catching up on my fishing unless I hit the powerball before dec. 2012.

Heck I would have called CHILD services, did you catch that poor kid covering his EARS with the crowd roar? , he was probably saying, " who are these bigger kids in daycare with me?" MM!
This was the same wacky chick who paraded her pack of kids into the arbitration about why she didn't pay her union dues in a closed shop! Funny! Could you imagine what the arbitrator was thinking when this was the evidence proffered by the west and their grievance people as to why she should not pay? But this is the reality of the group you have from the west on this board. Entitled, Unrealistic, Stubborn. That about sums it all up.The other funny thing is all the uproar from the west pilots about paying back the money they KNEW they shouldn't be getting. Of course nobody in the big pack happens to notice............So what a big, big surprise! That is some INTEGRITY boys!

MM, the DC guy has "found religion". He gets it now. It wasn't USA320.

Can you imagine listening to that on a trip? Talk about a safety breach! I want to know what they are feeding them in those crew meals. Not what we used to get. Looked like a pack of angry west Texas cattle. Who was the angry yellow mushroom a few rows behind the terrified kid and the crazy woman?
 
The problem is our Captains make less than other airline's First Officers.
Well thats one of them, how LONG do you think PHX would remain open under a joint CBA with no restrictions?, take a look at LGA and the slot swap, my guess LGA even in it's present form makes more than PHX, Our Captains would be reduced, many DISPLACED to lower positions making a hell of alot less working weekends and holidays while someone hired more than 12 plus years after them fills THEIR SEAT! You know it TRADER, remember when the WEST coast closed, LAX, SFO,SAN , PIT, BWI, what does DAL, UA, say about capacity, NO THANK YOU! MM! No one wants a hub in PHX, it will be spun off, get rid of alot of problems for the surviving carrier!
 
Sure, no problem is there with the erasure of 18 yrs of service for Monda. No problem at all. Talk about theft.

Four seniority arbitrations in a row say slotting by equipment and status is fair and DOH is not. Maybe someday you'll be smart enough to realize you're wrong.

The theft is East Reserve F/Os trying to steal jobs from West Captains.

Your problem is that the longer it takes to get to a an integration, the bigger the price the east will pay. As your favorite lawyers say, seniority is buying power and 16+ years at the time of the merger didn't buy much. Even if USAPA does ultimately prevail on not using the Nic (a long shot) it's DOH based "solution" will guarantee a victory in a DFR trial. :lol:
