Well, loved the PHX comedy show seems to be alot of dysfunction going on, just want you to know luvn737 (John) we supoort you in your attempt to get rid of Ferguson and company. Keep up the good work  Once he is gone the PHX pilots might start to see some movement in their careers.

I didn't see any comedy, perhaps we watched two different shows. I can assure you that NO ONE out here want to "get rid of Ferguson". Leonidas is the single reason that you have not cashed your DOH "lottery ticket".

Leonidas is stronger than ever. If you pause the video you will see may supporters proudly wearing the highest level badge backer). We stand firmly on legal, ethical & moral grounds. We are funded well, and have financial support for other airline pilots.

You will only get the movement that your attrition is currently getting you. You will be force fed the Nicolau award by the legal system. You CONTINUE to lose huge amounts of money that Mr. Parker is proud to have be a part of his overall financial health at LCC. You will only get a better contract when you figure out that the Nicolau award IS the only seniority list AND are willing to install that in section 22. The next step is to change and add to the NAC with people that actually have experience in completing a sucessful contract TA (vs. Winkin, Blinkin & Nod).

Stew & spin away Luv. The minority is controling USAPA for only a short time longer (yea, yea..."I've flown with all the senior guys and they are on board!"). We shall see.

LURKERS: Are you sick & tired of LOA 93 wages? Are you sick and tired of 1/2 pay for DH & Mechanical? Are you tired of airlines such as SPIRIT & ALLEGIANT getting $25 - $30 MORE than you (narrow body captain)? Please take the time to visit us at:

www.reformusapa.com

Please read the opening statements & download the petitions. If you agree, please complete these petitions and mail them into reform USAPA. We can all change this "union" into a real UNION that represents us all.

First of all, Monda is not the bottom F/O

Secondly, Joe will never be able to take a seat from any one of the 700 capts. you state with conditions and restrictions. Additionally, he has only 5 years and that's if he stays till 65, so relax!

In contrast, you want to see someone with 13 less years of service(2/97) to be senior forever to someone who has been a capt. for over 22 years(11/85)And that is okay with you?
At the time of the merger Monda was the bottom pilot. Dean Colello was FURLOUGHED. Fact!

If Monda only has 5 years to go you are correct. Because we will not have a contract in 5 years so there will not be a system bid in that time. Monda can retire on LOA 93 wages and limp out of US Airways with a poor career. That is his choice.

Yes, I don't care how much LOS or DOH the two captains that brought jobs to this merger had. It is also OK with the arbitrator that created the list. The only people that it is not OK with are east pilots. At this point I don't care what you think or what is OK with you.

Luv,

I got up early in DUB this morning, coudn't sleep well so I watched the PHX show. I really enjoyed the lady pilot she was a hoot. I laughed myself to sleep (got another two hrs. rest). I can't wait till the next one.

Bob

It sounds like a typical crew news to me. Each side reading what it wants to, but deep down we know whos thumb is in our eye. Or at least we should anyway.
I did notice that Doug seemed to have to work a little harder to keep his composure and that was a good thing no matter what side you are on.

Bob

Believe it or not, I will admit a tremendous mistake that was made on our merger committees part. That is that the Mid Atlantic Pilots should not be on the list as furloughed. If you have any of the integrity that you claim you have you will recognize that the MDA pilots, who are currently waiting trial with ALPA, should be listed as active.

As far as Joe Monda's career is concerned, who are you to judge him or his career. You know nothing about Joe, other than a name and number.

You however don't read very well. I never stated what I think is okay, so get off your high horse. But since you brought up the arbitrator, what he did was not okay. He gave the west pilots a windfall, which is in conflict with one of the ALPA parameters. ALPA knows it, Prater knew it and you know it, yet you see our jobs on the east as yours and that is simply not going to happen. Had you paid attention to Doug, despite all your whining, ranting and crying and telling him what to do like spoiled little children, he is NOT going to placate to your tantrums. Period.

It sounds like you and I are near each other on the nic, and you'd like me farther away. :D That part I don't actually mind. I can understand how an east pilot next to me on the nic feels, and especially how the long term fos only a mere couple years behind that 85 hire feel, it's human. It's understandable.

But by the same token, can't some of the east understand where a brute force attempt at submitting us isn't going to go over so well?

I agree with you about the brute force part and I also don't necessarily agree with some of the things USAPA has done. Though the arguments here always seem to focus on the 517 and the furloughed pilots, there are many who fall in neither group, including myself. I have be here long enough to recognize that LOS should mean more to you than you let on. It doesn't come easy. And it is not going to be given up, either. Forgive me for saying it, but certainly not 13 years!

Regardless what kind of financial condition thiese two companies were in prior to our merger, neither you nor I had control over it. I have also been here long enough to see no less than 9 CEOs come in the door and leave much wealthier. This is our real problem!

KTM300,

Well stated!

You along with your buddy, must be absolutely dillusional. Certainly you don't think for one minute that Joe would instantly be a 777 capt..I have been through 4 mergers and I have never experienced or have seen that occur.

Also...Unless there are 3000 pilots between AAA and AWE that were hired after you, then it appears that YOU are the real scab!

The reason you have never seen it occur, is because you have never seen an enabled union busting lawyer and his scab union take control after a merger.

Actually there are quite a few more than 3000 pilots at LCC junior to me, I was just using round numbers.

I am not as experienced with mergers as you. I have only been through two corporate aquisitions, both times on the side doing the aquiring. But what I have learned is there is always one side who says "it just ain't fair". Well, this time that was your side, and it is going to stay that way.

Sorry Joe, the little lawyer can't help you steal my job.

You will not be able to be number one in PHX, so get that out of your mind . We love Mike and Randy, keep up the good work guys.!!!

Hey top 400 guy, what is it with you that you don't mind screwing over east pillots who want to bid PHX and cut their commute?
