It's interesting 9'er, I see so much desperation in some of these West posters. I really think they are almost ready to come down to LOA 93 if it meant getting the Nic List in a JCBA. Maybe that is Parker's plan. It would not surprise me.

Correction; USAPA doesnt want to get an industry standard contract. They'd rather divide this pilot group and forgo unity. It's not whether Parker "wants" to pay Industy Standard, at this point he isnt being forced to, because USAPA is powerless and incapable of anything. He's just another person on the list laughing at USAPA. Sad, but true.

We know we will never get a contract with the west pilots. Parker will never offer a decent deal, and the sides are divided too much. If it ever came to a strike, you would cross. We know the history. Get real. We will take our chances with separate ops, attrition and Kasher thank you.

Considering how "senior" you claim to be, I find it interesting that you pontificate on this board. Could it be because you "do" want something from the West? Is it not our managment that resurrected your company with the trust and backing of Wall Street? You can Thank Parker and Co. at anytime....oh wait, you are by keeping your wages low.

You make a bold statement accussing the West of crossing your picket line (The one that will never happen because USAPA dosent have the horsepower). The East hasnt crossed a picket line in terms of a strike, but by failing to abide by the arbitration isnt it similar? Non-compliance? You're attempting to take advantage of the situation.

Easy to sing a different tune when the threat of liquidation has been removed.

The tune in 2005 was, "please save our asses". Now the tune is "we don't need you".

You are completely full of it 9. Without AWA your job was toast, and you wanted it saved in the past, and now you try to steal the West's present and future.

Meanwhile, usapa enables scabs like Sumanderson, a '99 hire with barely any LOS to leapfrog around 30% of the West pilots. Your junior guys are taking you for a ride, and you are too arrogant to see it.

No I don't. I don't think any union is because the handling of this event by BOTH sides has so poisoned the well that it will take years, if ever, to recover the type of unity required to get a good contract with the current corporate vs. union environment.

He is apparently a '99 hire. S/he never worked at US Air. The hiring/furloughing was all Airways.

You are not taking Jimbo's word for that are you? I think he has him pegged as the wrong guy, but who knows. Your wrong about the hiring/furloughing all being Airways, at least for most of this group.
