US Pilots Labor Discussion

Please explain what happened to The Empire airline pilots when they merged with your former company you flew for. The Empire pilots were stapled to the bottom. You are now advising other pilots how it should be done.

You are a hypocrite, plain and simple.

Since you like to quote yourself, perhaps I'll do the same.

- I DO remember 767jetz telling you that the CO and UA pilots would overcome their differences and come together in unity, which they obviously have. (YOU WERE WRONG)

- I DO remember him telling you that UA will have a contract LONG before we ever will with USAPA in control. (Far more sections closed and in a shorter time than USAPA can ever hope for. YOU WERE WRONG AGAIN)

- I DO remember him saying that the recall of Wendy Morse would go nowhere since they didn't have the votes to make it happen. (yup! WRONG ONE MORE TIME)

All things you were shooting your mouth off about at one time or another... AND YOU WERE WRONG.

You conveniently ignored the points I made where you were WRONG. Why is that?

Tell you what. First you provide a defense for the history of USAir and USAirways fatalities and I will provide the links. Also provide a defense for your convicted pedophile coworker. Then address all the items I listed first where you were WRONG. Then provide evidence for your other lies to include identity theft and the conspiracy theory of BoeingBoy and 767jetz being paid by ALPA to monitor this site.

AFTER you've done that, then MAYBE people will consider responding to you. Until then you are an insignificant distraction full of hot air, junior.

Or how about this one:

Someone please inform Nos that I am in the pictures from the LGA picket, not the ORD picket. :D

You are correct on all points. I never said UA management would roll over. We will achieve the contract we deserve through unity and a fight against management, not among ourselves. (Something USAPA will never achieve) The proof will be in the final results. There are always those who will try to derail progress for their own political gain. And the pilots of UA and CO have overcome those attempts at every turn. Examples would be the dispute about pay banding of the 747 and 777 that was resolved, and more recently the recall attempt of Wendy Morse that did not have the votes.

Nos has been posting lies all along claiming that UA and CO pilots would never come together in unity. Just like at Delta, ALPA will prevail at UA and demonstrate to USAPA, their cast of amateurs, and people like Nos how professionals succeed. Much to his chagrin, the unified UA pilots will not suffer the same fate as Nos. Keep in mind that when he is wrong he conveniently forgets his accusations and resorts to more attacks and new accusations. He tries to redirect the conversation and can't stand when you continue to point out his errors. Whether he is jealous, angry, resentful, or just suffers from some personality disorder is inconsequential.

Sounds like an accurate description to me.

Which can't be separated from the merger. Everyone has their opinion of what would have happened to each side without a merger, but nobody can offer proof of what would have happened without a merger. The merger has been good for the East, of that there is no doubt - all the furloughee back, new hires, upward movement. The merger has been bad for the West, again with no doubt - furloughs, backward movement. So Nic was right - the East stood to gain the most. Nic awarded relative position by equip/seat to offset the huge gain the East would have. Yet that's not enough for the East - they want all the marbles. East and West attrition. East and West captain jobs. And West to bear any furloughs.

For you to state that NIC went relative position to account for the fact that POST Merger the East would gain the most is pure fantasy......
HE SAID WE WOULD GAIN THE MOST UNDER THEIR CONTRACT......PERIOD....I believe he even put a number on it. 22 million per year. It did not have a damn thing to do with recalls, moving up, NOTHING except their contract is better that your contract....period ......YEA RIGHT THAT HAPPENED!!!

YOU ARE STILL AN IDIOT.

Yo Luv,

I thought you were one of those real senior pilots not effected by the Nic. (east way of saying handed lottery ticket by Nic)

So, what are you doing flying with 8 most junior pilots on the east?

You are either a liar, a scab....wait a minute..you are obviously both.
Like I said, in the top 400 but I strongly support DOH and our junoirs guys, sorry never crossed a picket line like the "real" scabs you have at your airline, I can't believe your group would be stupid enought to send out another mailer!!!! You guys have to be the dumbest bunch of pilots in the industry, poor Dougie.

YOU ARE STILL AN IDIOT.[/quote]

And you definitely need to read the award - slowly this time - because your post makes you the idiot.

Jim

LOS is 99.9% DOH, so no real change from what you want. Speaking of that "gold standard", what's with the East list having 1980's hires among the bottom pilots. I thought you all believed in DOH as the be-all and end-all but your own list says otherwise.

That is more of your arrogant, think you know it all, DOH hurt me and my brother in 1989 b.s.

The guys that run this thing say this the west pilots are in MUCH better shape with the merger than without. Death Knell, Remember that? The thing is that both groups have had some pain. The east mostly pre-merger, west post-merger, but in most people's opinion they are better off than they would have been absent this merger.

Both airlines were on the road to oblivion, it doesn't matter who would have gotten there first because a US failure would not have saved AWA-they didn't have the money to benefit from it, or to survive the downturn.

BOTH airlines needed this merger.

NIC is basically the same as the Shuttle, Delta Northwest, and Frontier Republic arbitrations..

Many on the East are too stupid to know they're wrong or too unethical to admit it.

******************

Dude you are way wrong...
I was part of the shuttle merger and the ratio's were much tighter...and the shuttle had furloughed pilots as well and he didn't put them all at the bottom..

Your hypocrity knows no limit.

You show me when I've been a hypocrite. I'm not telling you that because you don't believe in DOH. That's fine with me and I too have some issues with it as it as being presented. I'm frustrated with you for HOW you go about doing things. Just like Jim.
