I'm going to love it when the control freaks find themselves in the minority at APA and American pilots are making the rules.

They'll get to enjoy tyranny of the majority as we did.

Frankly, all West pilots should resign from any and all usapa positions, with letters highlighting their impediments to participating.

Then all West pilots should take a dues holiday from the scab union, and inform Parker if one West pilot gets fired over a section 29 issue, the West operation stops the same day.

What is he going to do? Sue the union for an illegal job action?

Yeah, can you believe they have the nerve to demand their Federally Mandated Rights and expect the Law to be upheld?!! The NERVE!!!

Your Scab outfit violates the Law daily. Some people have a problem with that...SCABS however, do not.

I recently received a pamphlet in the mail from USAPA. It mentioned the USAPA proposal for seniority. Excuse my ignorance, but is it still DOH with fences? If so how long are the fences? I didn't see that detail mentioned.

It is not "with fences"....it is with "appropriate conditions and restrictions". Of course usapa determines what is appropriate.

No need to bother yourself with any what-if scenarios.

The Nic is the only recognized combined system seniority list at LCC. The only way usapa will get out of the Nic is if usapa gets out of LCC.

Just admit it Nic. You are the TWA guy that got furloughed by American (under the watch care of ALPA). You then got hired on by USAir and got furloughed (under the watch care of ALPA). You then got hired on by AWA (even though you felt that AWA was beneath your skill and experience level, you accepted that you had been hosed twice by ALPA and swallowed the pill to work at AWA). Then ALPA amazingly placed you on the NIC list twice (over 1,500 numbers apart) and it skyrocketed you past your USAir buds that were hired 15 years before you (all of a sudden ALPA was the greatest thing since sliced bread!).

Now you can't understand why you can't have the 4 year upgrade that you were promised when you started at TWA. And you want it NOW! Go with the flow bro. You'll never make it to age 60 or 65 with your blood pressure the way it is. You are starting to make Metroyet appear calm and collected.
