So the only "facts" in this mailer is that USAPA doesn't think the Nic. award was "FAIR"? :lol: :lol:

Guess What Scabs. You were never, and will never be, in a position to determine "fairness". It was never up to you to begin with. $e$ham is a gold digging liar.
Was the elect of a new union fair and what comes with it ?
 
You are living in a delusional world... The company has no plans to give us anything... Your numbers are so flawed it's laughable. The POS Kirby is on the table and that is it. Stuff your moral legal and ethical bs. This will be resolved in court and even if a court rules against using the NIC I'm sure the fight will go on..... You have made your point (numerous times). It is my hope that there are 2-3 lurkers out there that have figured out that USAPA in its present form is a failed and VERY EXPENSIVE lesson. I hope that these 2-3 lurkers seek to help us reform USAPA into a union for ALL US Airways pilots (and not just the east pilots).

Or, you might have spent a lot a money to mail something that if anything, hardened peoples positions by the way in which their data was obtained. The mailing by your union probably countered those claims in a way that resonated with your counterparts. All the while several of your fellow aviators were exposed to administrative action from your company and it exposed the organization you have donated money to with potential financial/legal risk.

Doesn't sound like much of an accomplishment.

I will take this to mean that as I thought , you cannot awswer why usapa uses an age chart instead of a seniority chart. The reason is simple usapa cannot refute leonidas numbers, so they make up a chart that shows Eric is younger than most eastholes. Nice try clowns

You are missing the mark... this is not child's play... It's an out and out war... and will continue to be.. I was all about solutions but we are way beyond that...
I've not meet one person who is not absolutely focused on never having the NIC see the light of day.. It's not just F/O's...

Excuse me. I used the age 60 chart. Obviously if he goes till age 65 his retirement date would be 12-1-2036. As far as where he would be at age 50, well.....with the Nic putting him in front of many that were hired 16 years before him, he would be approx. at 15% on the list. With a DOH list, around 35%. Without any merger, and without AWA going out of business, 45%. However, with the merger, DOH or Nic, he retires at the top( within a couple % points) on the 330!
 
What would be really interesting would be to see Colello's chart. What would Colello's chart look like compared to Nicolau and stand along. WITHOUT the merger. Let's see the west number one guys chart. Compare that to DOH and the Nicolau.

Trying to compare POST merger to PRE merger is a waste of time.
Better yet lets put a side by side DOH chart together, might be fun, and focus on classes hired the exact same day and see where there careers end up cmon clear d tell us! MM!, NIC NEVERGOINTOHAPPEN!

Oh yea thought you would use the " ole prove it" points something we all know to well out EAST! Actually a side by side DOH comparison with attrition alluded us! Maybe in your infinate wisdom you could show us the light! MM! NICNEVERHAPPEN!

Here we go again, the clowns refuse to admit the airlines merged 6 years ago and act as if AWA still exists to do nothing but shrink. Stupid freakin clowns, showed up in 2005 with 1600 furloughs, ndestroyed the wests careers and their own yet look at it as a victory. Karma is a #### and you eastholes will eventually pay for what you have done.
