US Pilots Labor Discussion

I guess my question is...and I thought perhaps you would know....is usapa going to change their C&BLs prior to any Appeals Board election...or are they just going to do a do-over with the same rules and have those results challenged.

Here is what I am thinking. If they just re-run the election, we send some scabs to prison for election fraud. If they change their C&BLs, we get Mitch, AC and Patrick awarded punative monetary damages.

The evidence is already been collected by a pilot who had a similar experience in the past. I understand he has met with authorities with his concerns.

Yes the demise of the Nic was foretold, by a union busting scab lawyer, to his scab faithful who were willing to believe they could renege on binding arbitration and steal from their new found co-workers.

So, Claxhole, how did I change the Ansett history? What I am thinking is you are likely a scab from the Eastern days, and you are just trying to shift the attention away from your scab history? Either that or you were too young to have scabbed at Eastern, and/or too unqualified to even fill scab shoes, so you point out the mistakes of others to cover your tracks.

Your inability to express yourself apart from excessive and reckless use of the term "scab" is about as effective as a junior high student yelling the F word over and over while complaining that the teacher is passing out too much homework. It feels good and you feel important with all the looks turning your way.

Perhaps you would like to take a go at the question then.

The question is, according to your definition of the term scab, what did the AWA pilots who flew in Australia do to meet that definition?

Awaiting your typically flippant non-reply.

I see your mind is made up.

Since I haven't called any West pilots scabs, your question was unwarranted and only servered as a futile attempt to obscure your scab fetish. Don't feel bad about it. I love you the way you are.

They got themselves listed on the Master Scab List. Go to wikileaks and see for yourself. There are scores under the designation AFAP, indicating Australian jobs scabbed by AWA pilots.

What are the scabs going to do? Are they going to follow their C&BLs and have a runoff between Mitch and AC, then a runoff between AC and Patrick, then a runoff between Patrick and whoever got the 4th greatest amount of votes, or are they showing their true scab colors and doing the entire election over, and if so, how are they going to guarantee any one candidate gets 50%+1 of the vote?

It is all about the Gold......

Not this time. Parker is no dope and he learns from his mistakes.

Do you really think "Dougie" thinks he made a "mistake" by operating USAirways as two pilot groups with two different contracts for the last seven years? Saving what, a few hundred million a year, I think that amounts to something over a BILLION dollars in pilot cost savings!

He will be "pleased as punch" to keep that savings and more going forward with a 3-3-3-1 operation. You can take that to the bank, "Team Tempe" sure as hell will.

As long as he can keep the AMR pilots happy, he will just let us "twist in the wind", as we continue to argue about seniority.

I am aware of the names on the list. I can also put faces to the names.

My point isn't that they do not deserve to be on the master scab list. My point is they made the list by doing something that is outside the definition of a scab, and yet they still made the list. Just like usapians.

Inquisitive Troll Alert:
Does anyone understand the concept of divide and conquer? Hate to break this to you, but US is the poster child...see swoosh!

There still is no merger, so why assume a fantasy outcome?

Look out the sign post up ahead, you entered the UShole Zone!

Doug would have preferred to run single ops and you guys would have gotten your parity with a new contract.

So it wasn't that Doug wanted seperate ops but it didn't hurt. It was you guys that kept the ops seperate because you figured avoiding the Nic was a bigger priority.

No one to blame but yourselves.

And with an AA merger, we won't see seperate ops. That's a guarantee.

Better read the term sheet. The AA pilots are going to get paid right away. The only people that get hurt by delaying are us airways pilots.

Parker wants this deal done quick. 6 months or less the APA has to go to the NMB. The APA will be negotiating for us not usapa. They don't want a delay. MB finishes seniority in90 days.

No delay this time boys.

So you are sort of agreeing with some west pilots being called scabs, so that you can label the entire east group as scabs. I am not sure, but if you used to think the west pilots didn't really deserve to be called scabs, but you are now willing to throw them under the bus to satisfy your own agenda, what does that say about you?

Perhaps you are getting better at expressing yourself.

Franke Air has relied on those just like this with questionable ethics. I would bet Nic4us is most likely an Ansett scab. He certainly justifies it. Typical of Franke conscripts. Next time you see one ask them if AWA was their first choice of jobs. They will shift uncomfortably in their seats.
