The AWA/USAir is the 4th one. Trader likes to boast the point that 4 arbitrations have gone with slotting, however, 2 of those 4 have not been proven to work out yet.

Date of hire hasn't been used in 20 years, 4 completed pilot seniority integrations and 2 arbitrations.

Regardless of Silver, the DOH dream is flat out over at Useless Air. A 3 list merge is a damn site better for the West than what USTUPID had intended. Is still give the nic A 90%+ chance.

Explain how American TWA refutes my point about neutral arbitrators determining that slotting is fair and DOH is not.

What's your point?

I agree that the ALPA sold out the TWA pilots, not because they didn't get DOH but because they didn't ask that the TWA pilots be slotted by equipment and status with the American pilots.

Frontier is being spun off.....their arbitration doesn't count, regardless of how things turn out for them. It's not a successful SLI, so quit counting it as one of your stats.

The arbitration happened and proves my point that neutral, trained professional arbitrators said four time in a row that slotting is fair and DOH is not.

Feel free to monitor my posts and folllow my stats with yours about how many have been implemented.
