What would force them to do so? The nic stands in direct violation of the union's constitution and by laws....Just asking here..
Was it not the vaunted alpa that provided the lists for integration at US/AWA?

Not if the us airways pilots went straight from our current contract to the new AA contract. No transition required.

Because of the numbers, us airways les than 35% of the total craft and class a vote is not even required. This could go very quickly.

Latest proposal on the USAPA desk, APA furloughed to get slots vacated by USEAST, WEST ATTRITION in 7 year fence reverting to AA US DOH at end of 7 years,! Emphasis language on straight DOH, no slotting! MM! BPR! KNOWS!
 
Why was it so tough just answering: "What would force them to do so?" Who submits seniority list(s) to any arbitrator(s)?
Per your 2: What does "before usapa has a contract" have to do with this? Are you really trying to assert that APA would pick, choose and submit any/all lists, and thus be essentially arbitrating with themselves?

It's all a rather unique set of circumstances. I guess we'll have to wait and see how it all plays out, assuming this merger happens of course, which I believe, more likely than not, will take place.
It wasnt tough answering, I did that way so you could think the problem thru. You are worried about what list he apa would pick but you forget there is only one list as part of the cba rIght now

The West knows this they were informed by the attorneys a few days ago, not sure if they let it out to all the their pilots. Even so most of the AWA loud mouths will still finish their careers on a 777 or better, while we remain fenced off AA big planes, which is fine by me.

In the event of the merger: What concern should any union, about to be supplanted and cease existing, have for your DFR?...Is someone going to point pistols at all their heads? The question was; what would FORCE the union to pass the nic list? I've no idea how all this would/will work out....just asking.

Umm...was that question offered "slowly" enough for you? ;)

You perhaps conveniently forget that it's also a list that based it's very existence on contract ratification, which never happened. Again: What agency will be forwarding any list(s) to any arbitrator(s)? I'm uncertain as to how things will ultimately work out, or even if the merger will happen, however likely it seems to any. I'd say it's yet a case of uncharted seas. Only time will tell the tale, perhaps little, perhaps more.

Nope not a proposal, it is part of our contract right now. You cannot question that. Usapa wants to "renegotiate" seniority, that means renegotiating a current contract term. Why won't you east guys ever educate yourself?

When did you make your last bid based on it? We could go around and around indefinitely, and none of us determine any eventual outcomes....as only time will tell. I've yet to receive an answer to that basic question though: What would FORCE the union to pass the nic list? I'm honestly curious as to any thoughts on that.

slowly eastus1, the TA is the LEGAL Pistol pointed at a CBA (alpa, usapa, apa) and the Company via my ability to sue either if not followed to the letter. Any questions you have should be directed to Robert Siegel (company attorney) or to my paid for AOL attorneys that showed you a true corrupt union DFR at it's finest in front of a JURY.

BTW, the company attorney Robert Siegel agreed with what I just stated as a true union DFR against the WEST CLASS in front of Federal Judge Silver by quoting FACTS....Not your east known FICTION/BS.
