Mr. B, I don't disagree but that is still a minor dispute. The fact that grievances are piling up is something for the NMB and it's a stretch to get into federal court on a grievance backlog. All the judge is going to say is take it to the NMB. The bad faith violation under the RLA belongs before a federal judge, but we all know what the company is going to say then. They'll get the case transferred to Arizona, then help themselves to all the evidence bought and paid for by West pilots, feign innocence by saying it's all about seniority, that they're trying to be neutral, just give us a list and we don't care which list it is crap, and tie this whole mess up for several more years. That's where this is headed IMO. Retirements will resume in a year and a half, no one is going to lose their jobs, but we're set to grind along in our own status quo while Parker takes maximum advantage of our disagreement.Aqua,
How long has the ACARS dispute been going on? 5 yrs? It took them two days to change the logic to the company's benefit, and they have taken 5 yrs to change it back? c'mon.
That alone is proof of their breaking the status quo.

That you have too much free time on your hands, an over active imagination, you listen to and believe everything that el presidente says to your detriment, are pretty mean spirited, and in all likelihood were one of the furloughed pilots that was forced to MDA.4 members, 53 guests, 3 anonymous users

You other kids think that's about right?
Normally one has to go to your america west pilots lawyers office, to meet a person of you stature.
Of course it is hard to show up at your legal councils office, when you owe them close to a million dollars.
That really isn't a problem. Mike & Randy are two of the best fund raisers that the AWA pilot group has. Stooge.
Nic,
I can understand why you cling to that dream.....it's all you've got.....a winning lottery ticket and a pipe dream. As long as you guys will not admit that USAPA is moving on in their fight against this company, that is all you will ever have. You would never admit that USAPA is fighting to improve things in the West also...oh no, that is contrary to the lottery ticket belief. Good luck in cashing that ticket in, cause it is worthless.
After watching the PHX crew news I was hopeful that you guys were really putting some pressure on Doug to do something.....whether it was for the good of all, or not....and we apply pressure from the East to get Doug to "DO" something, so that we could move forward.
Whatever causes a change, I promise you that the lottery ticket is not involved.

I love the IGNORE feature. I wonder if I can get more than 100 people on it?That you have too much free time on your hands, an over active imagination, you listen to and believe everything that el presidente says to your detriment, are pretty mean spirited, and in all likelihood were one of the furloughed pilots that was forced to MDA.

Breeze seems to be another Bi-Polar eastie who wants to be your buddy - on his terms alone! He'll meet you halfway (to the halfway point of halfway, of course)It used to bother me when east posters would use the lottery ticket analogy, now it just bothers me that east posters are so clueless that they would use the lottery ticket analogy.
Let me ask a very straighforwad question. Why does usapa have to fight the company?
