They can't comprehend that the something the union might give up is DOH, for a price of course. Then the west wouldn't file a suit.

Did the scab idiots REALLY file ANOTHER lawsuit against the company today? Their tolerance for humiliation and embarrassment know no bounds. Can't wait to see how many more millions of dues money get funneled right into their little scab lawyers pocket.

As much as it takes to keep the lowlife scumbag desert vermin AWA pilots from stealing our jobs.

That simple.

Yesterday the low life's head cheerleader Boeing Boy posted a pilot's personal information, including a company payroll number on this public forum. That post was originally #15194.

He was questioned as to where he got the information in the first place, and why he posted another persons personal information on a public forum, by two people.

Today that post #15194 has been removed, along with mine and the other post taking him to task for making the post.

The questions still remain -

> How did Boeing Boy get his hands on a US Airways 2011 seniority list?

> And what consequences does he face for posting pilots personal information on a public forum?

Boeing Driver

Since no social security number, home address, telephone number, or any real pertinent information that would directly threaten his idenity was displayed no consequences at all.

Hey genius... I didn't comment on the validity of anything. Did I? I just pointed out that you are indeed sticking up for Nos when you cried that you didn't? Care to address that? Or are you just changing the subject again?

No super non-comprehending genius, I was defending the falsely labeled.

So this is where judge silver says the Nic. doesn't have to be used huh? Wow your lackk of reasoning skills is astounding. So PI, for what reason would the west sue the company? Are you to thick and simple minded clown to reason this question into a coherent answer?
[/q
No I'm not. We all know how to get the west to not sue, but the judge seems to be taking the company to task for not finding a solution though negotiation, doesn't she?

What's the matter? He can't speak up for himself and ask for proof? You have to do it for him? Sounds like sticking up to me.

And spare us the excuse about Jim always doing it. No one says you shouldn't do it. But don't start asking for proof of an accusation leveled against Nos, and then try say you are not sticking up for him. He is the king of demanding a response to his ignorant, lying, accusations, and ignoring questions posed of him. It's exactly why he is irrelevant and has the reputation he has. Minus 42 and counting. Yesterday it was minus 38. He's in a tailspin.
Like your little merit badges mean squat. Do you put them on your resume?

You are getting warm. What did judge Silver suggest as a way for the company not to get sued by the west pilots that she said are being harmed everyday? negotiating DOH or having the company negotiate a contract that includes enough good stuff for the east to accept the nic.? Again it's all in the transcripts and publicly available

Another Leonidas miscalculation. USAPA is mutually powered by all seats. Mission One= Kill Leonidas
Really? That's strange because Leonidas appears to be getting positive feedback for the brochures for every negative feedback. If that's any indication, support on the East for the USAPA mission to "kill Leonidas" is running, at best, 50% strength.

But...that's not the important news of today. The best is that the idiots running USAPA just proved that the company's dec action is ripe.

It can't be done, BS. Leonidas is more than just a name, it is cause. Funding the defense and interests of West pilots will continue as long as there is a threat.

Maybe you can kill the name but not the mission.

How so Aqua...?

Are you going to tell me that the lawsuit filed today in the district court of New York alleging violations of the status quo is not about the change in ACARS block logic?

PS.. glad to hear the brochures are getting positive feedback.

Mutually powered by all seats??? What is that supposed to mean?

Mission Two= figure out how to pay West pilots for damages caused by three years of Mission One, when the Prime Objective (steal West jobs) is shut down by injunctive order.

Where did she say they are being harmed everyday?
