How about that Operation Restore Confidence? Don't ever remember having that out west. Oh ya, it's because we never killed our passengers.
No matter how hot and heavy the slinging it back and forth gets, dragging that out is asinine. Accidents are horrible things, that can happen to any one of us at any given time.

In my opinion that should be left out of the back and forth.

How do you feel about USAPA making false claims regarding safety during contract negotiations?

I don't really like much of anything usapa says or does. They can be mightily devious and underhanded. But the subject of accidents should be left out of the mud slinging. But for the grace of God.....

There is plenty of other subject material to throw at each other without going there.

Absolutly, that stuff should be left out.

After this post I can see how you thought the display in PHX was a great thing.

I noticed Suzi spit out "pissed" with her boy sitting in front of her(did she have something in her mouth?). Nice, I said that in front of my mother when I was about her sons age and my ears are still ringing.

Maybe you or someone else can answer a question about her diatribe. She told Doug that Judge Silver told the company that they knew what to do, to honor the Nic. I just read the Silver transcript again I must have missed that. Here's what I read, but I get a different meaning:

"THE COURT: But you know how you could avoid being sued by the West Pilots; and if you negotiated with the union such that they decided to give up something in order that you avoid a suit by the West Pilots, isn't that essentially what negotiations are all about?"

Susi seems to read this as "You have to use the Nic", while I read it as "You can settle this with negotiations. You know how to make the west happy, can't you find something to make the east happy and the west won't sue? Have you even tried?"

I wonder what Suzi has to say about this:

"It seems to me, as I've read the case
again and again, that the majority opinion was -- they were adamant about taking the position, which is supported by the case law, that they are to defer where there are collective bargaining agreement negotiations. So they were just going to
keep away from that no matter what."
PI- you saw it first hand. Parker has finally figured out it will never happen.

PI- you saw it first hand. You are dealing with the generation that was raised by a Nintendo 64 up to elementary school. The OJ Trial was their template for justice. Quotas their saving grace. Then Orenstein took over in the later years. That was the standard. Now they expect you to roll and surrender your time served, so they can step on your back. If you say, I don t think so, they call you a spineless clown. Charlie Sheen in an airline uniform sums it all up. You saw it on tape. They even talk to their CEO in thug speak. Incredible.

PI got a free ticket into a major airline job at the tender age of 24- no possible way to even build a 1000 hours of turbine PIC in that time frame. But alas, his free ticket into the West seniority system isn't going to pan out and as you can see with his exchanges with Boeing Boy his is a little angry about that. That's life I guess...

You hit the nail on the head. Get the lawn chairs out, pour a cold one, and watch the train wreck unfold. The implosion is happening as we speak, as evidenced by the desperation displayed on this forum by the east's usual suspects.
Take a good look at what Parker was observing at that latest PHX smackdown. He tells the group the truth on the Nicolau, and they immediately ignore him. A wacky broad that brings kids to witness her personal meltdown. Some strange guy in a yellow poncho on a 90 degreee day. A bunch of guys that OD'd on crew meals. Take a good look at Parker. He looks like he just walked into the circus midway and is looking for the nearest exit. I am actually starting to feel sorry for the guy.

Yesterday the low life's head cheerleader Boeing Boy posted a pilot's personal information, including a company payroll number on this public forum. That post was originally #15194.

He was questioned as to where he got the information in the first place, and why he posted another persons personal information on a public forum, by two people.

Today that post #15194 has been removed, along with mine and the other post taking him to task for making the post.

The questions still remain -

> How did Boeing Boy get his hands on a US Airways 2011 seniority list?

> And what consequences does he face for posting pilots personal information on a public forum?

He gets a free pass. After all, a guy with TWELVE THOUSAND POSTS PLUS, can't be wrong.

A free ticket huh? You have no idea, as usual. I can't remember one thing you have been right about, so why start now?

Only in your mind, with a handle inclusive of the word "brat" no less, can you actually think you earned your job at the age of 24...The rest of us know the truth about you and understand that is why you are so angry about things around here. Are you ever going to calm down?

I told bb in a pm I was 99 percent sure he had the wrong guy, but did he listen. The guy he labeled is a great guy.

Have you ever heard the term army brat? They moved around a lot? Get it?

24? Wrong again, batting 1000.

Where did I stick up for him? I said prove he is who nic claimed he is and is a scab. You told me who you thought he was, I think you got it wrong. In your words, prove it. llsmf
What's the matter? He can't speak up for himself and ask for proof? You have to do it for him? Sounds like sticking up to me.

And spare us the excuse about Jim always doing it. No one says you shouldn't do it. But don't start asking for proof of an accusation leveled against Nos, and then try say you are not sticking up for him. He is the king of demanding a response to his ignorant, lying, accusations, and ignoring questions posed of him. It's exactly why he is irrelevant and has the reputation he has. Minus 42 and counting. Yesterday it was minus 38. He's in a tailspin.
