You still haven't explained how a minority of pilots is keeping you from trying anything.
The usapa train wreck left the tracks along time ago and is lying at the bottom of the ravine.

Right on. I was searching for the words to respond to these morons but you said it well.
After this post I can see how you thought the display in PHX was a great thing.
I noticed Suzi spit out "pissed" with her boy sitting in front of her(did she have something in her mouth?). Nice, I said that in front of my mother when I was about her sons age and my ears are still ringing.
Maybe you or someone else can answer a question about her diatribe. She told Doug that Judge Silver told the company that they knew what to do, to honor the Nic. I just read the Silver transcript again I must have missed that. Here's what I read, but I get a different meaning:
"THE COURT: But you know how you could avoid being sued by the West Pilots; and if you negotiated with the union such that they decided to give up something in order that you avoid a suit by the West Pilots, isn't that essentially what negotiations are all about?"
Susi seems to read this as "You have to use the Nic", while I read it as "You can settle this with negotiations. You know how to make the west happy, can't you find something to make the east happy and the west won't sue? Have you even tried?"
I wonder what Suzi has to say about this:
"It seems to me, as I've read the case
again and again, that the majority opinion was -- they were adamant about taking the position, which is supported by the case law, that they are to defer where there are collective bargaining agreement negotiations. So they were just going to
keep away from that no matter what."
This explains you pretty well.

Don't let this guys post offend you. He is a '99 hire east scab with less LOS than Odell who wants to steal 500 or so West pilots jobs.
When he says.."West pilots flew drugs" he is right, so what I like to do is point out that not only did they fly drugs..they did it Safely, On time, and did not damage the airplane or kill anybody with it.
Too bad he can't defend his usapa companions in the same manner.
Since BeeBee started this thought, let me steal his pathetic line: PROOF!
The scab stuff is getting old. Did you not learn anything from Doug's admonishment? Wasn't that you that was almost brought to tears there in front?

Notice that he can't provide the actual result of that resolution. Anyone can submit a resolution at a local council meeting. Ask him if it passed with a vote? Then ask what became of C11's completely misguided resolution. (hint: the answer is... nothing) As Nic4us points out, it has absolutely no bearing on anything. Neither does the price of tea in China. Just more irrelevant babbling from a insignificant troll.
