Since we're setting records straight I will repeat exactly what I accused him of again, to refresh everyone's memory. (This means you Nos) Just so there's no mistake. Joseph Pereira, a 55 year old USAirways Captain, was caught, arrested, and convicted of taking upskirt photos of a 15 year old girl. HERE'S A LINK. He was suspended from his job, BUT NOT FIRED. USAPA has helped protect his job so that he may return to the cockpit after his suspension expires. They do this even as the same union tries to get west pilots fired for ALLEGED identity theft. Apparently, according to USAPA, alleged identity theft = bad; convicted pedophile = not so bad.

I assume the poster formerly known as Nostradamus is a member in good standing with USAPA. So therefore it appears that the poster formerly known as Nostradamus is part of a group that protects a pedophile.

THAT is what I said. THAT is what I still believe. (Choke on it! I'm still waiting for that phone call from UAL HR for having a low opinion of a furloughed east scab with nothing but a bad reputation and full of hot air.) :lol: :lol: :lol:

Maybe you or someone else can answer a question about her diatribe. She told Doug that Judge Silver told the company that they knew what to do, to honor the Nic. I just read the Silver transcript again I must have missed that. Here's what I read, but I get a different meaning:

"THE COURT: But you know how you could avoid being sued by the West Pilots; and if you negotiated with the union such that they decided to give up something in order that you avoid a suit by the West Pilots, isn't that essentially what negotiations are all about?"

Susi seems to read this as "You have to use the Nic", while I read it as "You can settle this with negotiations. You know how to make the west happy, can't you find something to make the east happy and the west won't sue? Have you even tried?"

I wonder what Suzi has to say about this:

Hey, that post was classic, but I have to admit I think I stole it from Andrew Dice Clay.

I can't tell you what Suzie thinks, but I can tell you what I think.

Judge Silver is going to sit on this case for over a year, maybe two, maybe more. Then she is going to see how much negotiating got done. Then she is going to tell the company to pound sand.

I asked sumanderson 4..5..6..times if he was hired in '99. He has yet to respond with anything other than his usual links. All he has to do is deny that he was hired in '99 and I will stop.

I did not attend the crew news, but I was brought to tears. I was laughing so hard at the look on Hogg's face, then Herschel's, then Hogg's, then Herschel's, man..I laughed so hard it hurt.
 
Must admit that based on previous diatribes by Suzie-Q home-queen I just skipped right over her segment in the Crew News. But after hearing some antidotes from others, I went back and watched her.

Wow! Her husband (she does have one still, right?) must be so proud. What an unbelievable piece of work....

All I have to say is I went right in and kissed my wife, and thanked my lucky stars. Can you imagine living with that???

I've asked Chip many times how a question can be a "fact", yet he has never answered. He is not required to, and it doesn't make him a scab.

If you laughed at that there is something very wrong with you, IMHO of course.
