Pretty funny stuff really.

Do you guys have any relatively junior captains willing to confront the CEO in an admittedly awkward fashion, to drive home his point and get some laughs?

Now go ahead and ridicule him on how childish it was, and how unprofesional he behaved, but the fact is, Parker will remember his analogy because of the rain gear.

Another funny thing was when Archie, the 28 year captain, introduced himself as an A320 "captain", then about eight guys all start calling each other "captain". A West joke about you east characters.

The moral to the story is, even during a very tumultuous meeting, the West pilots are having fun with it. Unless you have ever been a part of such a great group, you will never understand the complexity of the message we sent, but I will try and explain.

Have you ever seen the movie "Tombstone"? We are messing with our adversaries, throwing them off balance with silly surface material, but there is reason to pause, because our opponents know we have the goods on them.

Since Sumanderson is to chicken to confront me directly with one of his accusations about West pilots, I will start with one and give my answere.

Are the West pilots drunks, so inebriated that we are seeing double?

Possibly, but that is okay, we have two guns...one for each of you!!!

Not all that bad a showing. Only a certain amount can picket anyway. Now lets say 100% of the pilots had picketed I suppose someone on these boards would have said that the company has to do something about the illegal job action, change of status or some other BS. You never show them what you really have, you just show them enough to get their attention.

You guys keep screaming that you need the west pilots to help you get a contract. How about you get your own pathetic east pilots to join your little wander fest and get your own contract. where is all this support from the east behind usapa and the DOH or death crowd?

Go back to the video from PHX the first time usapa came to the desert. One of our better speakers said it best.

How are you going to project a credible threat of a strike if you can't anyone to show up? Truly pathetic especially after 150-200 west pilots showed up and told Parker directly what we thought.

You either did not attend the meeting in PHX, missed the 9th, or both. Parker went on and on about why he can't implement your Nic. Watch again AMES. He said he consulted numerous lawyers, and the part about the changing of bargaining agents was the deal killer. He can't grow stones big enough to overturn the law. Do you get that? He cannot do it because he knows he can't. If he could, he would have long, long ago. He needs a contract, and the Nic isn't in it, so he can't accept anything until then.

The only people (and I use that term loosly) trying to overturn law are you eastholes. Don't you get it..... binding arbitration and all. Parker was just spewing his usual mamby pamby bullshit. He wouldn't be overturning law by adhering to final and binding arbitration - with or without a change in "union". But you, BS, will never get it. I am reviewing many of these updates from a ual friend, I will update you on alpa's and your extreme hypocrisy more in the future when I find them. It is hard to choose the best, there are so many. Tell the Ross Perot look a like, Leo Moak, hello.

Embodied in this unbelievable resolution is the truth that West pilots refuse to accept. What every other objective group has recognized.
