Sigh...I guess..in actual fact = that's more than I'd figured on though. Why "listen" to the same old/same old indefinately? I think that pretty much all have set their thinking..whether actual, or wholly, and only self- imagined "thought" to some set end by now. Plus...it's been years since I last volunteered as a youth counselor, and honestly?...tolerating some of these supposedly educated, disciplined/etc "professional pilots" out there makes me long to just return to that sort of civic duty...as a relative vacation experience. It's been a year's worth of "It's ALL about MEEE!" form the west..coupled with uncountable versions "Hyaah!, Nyaah!"..we got St Nic!!" etc..and frankly?...I'm about done attempting the least bit of reasoning, and think that perhaps...just putting out a bounty on them's increasingly seeming far more appropriate. Given that...I'm thinking it's closing in on time to return to far more satisfactory expenditures of that most very precious commodity =Time. What will work out's clearly up to our "side" in all this mess, since we're, frankly..evidently dealing with either complete morons , or purely hysterical adolescants..or some sorry combination of the two out West,..What's new there? That some of these "professionals" even made it through high school's fully amazing to me, from what's often posted. anyway...= break time.

USAPA is my bargaining agent.

Whether or not I pay dues or just shop fees or even if I am a member in bad standing USAPA has a duty to represent every pilot employed under the CBA(s).

That is what a Duty of Fair Representation means. Diminishing the benefits of one group to pass them on to another is a breach of that duty.

The fact that you and EastUS don't seem to understand how this stuff works should not be surprising. USAPA gave all of you a lot of bad information and it will eventually bite you on the ass.

BTW should I tell my current firm that simply switching firms will get any lost money back... and then threaten that action of course...?

Now ask yourself why i'd think of an analogy such as this. Maybe you'll find some insight into the west perspective. But I must admit I believe you'll twist it somehow...

If you close your eyes....and wish real REAL HARD....Maybe NIC was just a DREAM!!!! Maybe NIC Wasn't presented to Parker....Maybe Binding isn't really all that "Binding"....maybe we didn't sign our lives away in arbitration....maybe there is that magical "do over" I've been promised.....maybe our west rape will "actually made a whole lot easier"....Maybe, when I look in the mirror, there really isn't a SCAB staring blankly back at me....

You know, the ones who have never, in the history of labor law, reversed a decision made by a legitimately authorized Federal Arbitrator. Sure, You'll be the first. 1. we spend years and millions of dollars of dues money to get to binding arbitration.

2. we've been in section six for over 2 years and all of our energy has been spend fighting the east.

3. I wake up to find that I have no insurance, no benefits, no representation, no union, committees, no ASAP, nothing....NOTHING.


NIC will most certainly die. That however, will take time. Until then, those SCAB POS on the east side broke into my house, and put my family at risk. My insurance was canceled immediately. I didn't make them sign up for Binding Arbitration, I didn't help them pick Nicalau as the arbitrator, all I did was play by the rules. They knew the risks, and now they want to hide behind some trumped up charges that they were railroaded. B.S..

Again, my SCAB "union" just put my family at immediate risk of harm. That will never be forgiven or forgotten. Sorry Wolf/Gangwal et al. messed up your careers. Not my Problem. AWAPPA and the West will stop at nothing to destroy USAPA. Since I haven't received so much as an e-mail from your scab brother Bradford, I can only assume it's working.

Wow, an assertion that I have no "class" from an integrity-free SCAB is really hurtful....."SIGH"......If LOA 93 is my future, then guess what? That's a joint contract...hello NIC.

1800 of us will never pay a dime to your scab outfit. That's why SCAB Bradford has now stated that membership is voluntary. He says "voluntary" because he knows that he has no chance of ever recovering a dime from AWA. It's the SCAB way of saving face....All of our money is going to AWAPPA and our legal team.


USAPA is on the pyre and the West, (UAL?) is holding the matches.


Sorry "your world' sucks so bad but thanks for making USAPA's goals so crystal clear.

I agree with you, I feel great. Got a 2% raise, though I do miss ALPA protections. CAL backing out has made me feel A LOT better. Nic will definately prevail, but with a UAL merge we won't end up in court for the next 5 years spending a ton of cash. Also, guess who is going to fund the next merger SLI...that's right uSCABa. Enjoy your assessments boys, you won't see a dime from the west. Idiots.

PS: If you're even slightly presuming to equate AWA/Nic with the USA after Pearl Harbor....the terms "Idiotic" "Mindless Childishness" "Arrogant" and "Utterly Pathetic" fail to begin to do you proper and full justice.
