Hey O-man looks who on top now...just like my G-men!

Think you need to rethink and due your math over. Do you get paid monthly or biweekly? Or maybe IAM fleet service USAirways has much better family medical coverage then CWA passenger service.

Listen.....don't start telling me to check my math and bullsh$t like that. I pay $99.00 a month for family coverage. PERIOD!!!! I have opted for the 80% plan. My copays and prescriptions are like everyone elses who are in the 90% and the 100% plan.

It’s interesting that you post the healthcare plan for the east , to my west brothers and sisters , I’d say your choice comes down to this ..

You can vote yes on this contract , or you can simply wait to get slotted into the EAST contract which is currently worse than the proposed , so look at the medical benefits and realize that if we go into the EAST’s BK contract your going to have less money for your co pays ……

East guys if this gets voted down , we will most likely get our own vote in the west to enter into your BK contract … if that happens , good luck coming to me and asking for my yes on a strike vote in 2010 if the economy is looking like crap … At that time I’ll be sitting on the beaching singing the song “welcome to the good life “

You can screw yourselves if you like , it’s your choice …

This one's to the haters ....

You know , I still wear my play fair us airways T-shirt from time to time … the ones that we made up for our protests ..
I also remember that day we were protesting outside in front of corporate when the wind was blowing so hard the sheet metal roof from the nearby buildings started to come off , heck you couldn’t even hold a protest sign up it was so strong .. But we stood solid outlasting the storm .

Can anyone count all of the protests that we’ve had ? too numerous to even remember…. .After the first TA went down, our spirits were low for sometime , but we bounded back , and we showed up strong to fight to get another TA .. Our station did what no other station in this entire fleet service network ever did … fight . From protesting outside of corporate , inside of the terminal ,outside on the tarmac , we let our voices and our solidarity be seen and heard .While the rest of fleet service squabbled over union leadership we maintained the true fight , we kept the fire burning .

Today the same people who praised our solidarity when they saw our you tube videos now decry it , but what you saw wasn’t even the tip of the iceberg , it was what you didn’t see , what you didn’t hear … it was the sacrifices made by the many and the few ,who’s names will never be mentioned yet who’s actions spoke loudly enough to be heard by the media …

There should have been an army behind us , instead there was nothing but air ….Time and time again we set the example , we set the bar , but none ever rose to lift it … If there’s one thing you cannot accuse PHX of , it’s not trying , we tried , we tried and tried in vain .. I ask a question that I already know the answer too , where were the videos from the other stations and hubs of protests? Why is it when we sent out and posted directions and times of how to attend our protests that there is only one man to his credit who came from out of town to join us ? Was EVERY flight from every station and hub full that day ?

We in PHX are a union , the other workers , their in a corporation. Not making those quarterly results and transition progress? Why, elect a new governing body to produce new results , having trouble with the other party ? CALL IN THE LAWYERS!!!…the lawyers don’t work ? Send new negotiators back to the table and tell them to get something done in there !!

You accuse US of not showing solidarity ?

We’ll know your solid when your standing shoulder to shoulder with us !

sorry prescriptions and Office Visits are the same but.........

cltramprat, i have more time than you however I am not topped out, when I talk to people in your time with the company range. I am amazed how uninformed some of you are.read the information you can see here ,read the agreement it self. It's not hard to see what a POS it is for people in you and mines seniority range. Encourage your friends to do the same and be sure to go vote.

Trust me on this if you are waiting for the company of the IAM under their present leadership to do anything with your welfare in mind you will be waiting a long time.

on a sidenote don't some of you guys ever sleep??

While I admire your efforts and pure passion, I really have to question your tactics. Protests are all well and good but, unless you intend to storm the sandcastle (with violent activities included) I don't see where picketing has any desired effect.
We are paying a labor organizing group to be our sentinels. These individuals are entrusted to tenaciously protect our well being and prosperity. They are in OUR EMPLOY. It is their ONLY job function. They have FAILED. The proper cause of action is against the IAM. THEY are the ones who have abetted the companies unethical behavior. They are the ones who have fattened their own wallets while we paeans scramble for scraps while fighting amongst ourselves. Look at the current union officer compensation! Are they earning it? You're paying for it. Are you happy with the return on your investment? You need to realize who the real enemy is, here. Vote this TA through and go ahead and announce that you will not strike when called. You are being the perfect IAM puppet.
If you want respect from ANY of the parties involved in this negotiation you need to recognize your REAL enemy and focus your efforts accordingly. If not, then take whatever scraps are thrown your way and stop making all those brave noises because you'll have shown you're nothing but a straw dog.

coach no doubt you are right if this would pass some may learn the hard way the results of their voting yes

If you look at all the merger talk going on.....makes it even more logical to make sure this contract is voted in
