I think Decision 2004's commonly used term of "FEAR" would be quite fitting as an example of lack of "ACCOUNTABILITY" that Delle provided to the membership he was trying to solicite.

A good friend of mine worked with this company brown noser (cio). He was displaced by srp's that cio trained, then when the company decided they had made a bad choice in making the flight control shop an srp shop he was offered his job back. He'd had enough of cio and his company unionism and stayed where he was at.
