It's a long established AWA behavior pattern on these boards. (Believe me, I feel totally foolish with having initially come on board with any notions of reasonable compromise). I've noticed the trend for months and would map it with the following timeline = Surender your seniority or:

1) Some punk AWA sim instructor will "welcome you to his simulator". I'll never forget that one..how utterly terrifying a prospect The next are given as generalities, in that there's been so many variations posted.

2) Management/Big Daddy will get ya'.

3) Alpo will get ya'.

4) Some lawyers will get ya'.

5) Waaah!!...SOMEBODY will get ya for us!!

There seems little in the way of individual "valor" or convictions to observe

I especially like the one about coming after my house, my boat and everything else. Now that's funny. I think they have been listening to the ALPA lawyers. You know the ones who are the best in the business at representing pilots. At least I won't have those "people" representing me anymore.

Yeah...the "we're gonna' sue you all individually" was one of the best grins yet. I've earlier advocated the concept of them establishing a stand up act in LAS. As per the brilliant Alpo lawyers? = Whew!..Roger that..and Amen

Why?

I think, as well as others, that you are, well, bonkers. Humor requires intellect, something you demonstrate time and again that you are incapable of. It really fits in with your comments, that you are indeed dumber than fertilizer. Thanks for pointing that out to us.

Relative seniority presumes equal contractual environments.

Or perhaps a negotiated equivalent that attempts to equalize the playing field?

The problem with that however is that the time for that type of discussion required foresight rather then hindsight. My point is that this point should have been negotiated and settled before submitting that issue to an arbitrator.
