I'll quit before flying out of any domicile east of PHX. In fact, if I could spend the rest of my career flying west of Denver I'd be ecstatic.

So I know of at least one west pilot who is already settled in to the PHL airport life style.

Wow, a poll in a public forum anyone can answer as well as some anecdotal evidence of a Westie commuting from PHL is really everything a person needs to know to conclude that the West pilots are planning a mass migration eastward.

That's the kind of water-tight research that usually leads to a Nobel prize.

And if there is no groeth in the east in 5 yrs, I'll be joining you.

Being a former awa pilot and flying out of PHL would be expensive and a pain...lets see why, shall we.

A) You cant have a commuter car, no headlites, windshield, or paint after being left in the parking lot.

B) No revisions or anything else in your crew mailbox.

C) You cant leave your flight bag in the crew room or on the aircraft.

D) You will have to do all your preflights yourself.

E) Get your own clearances, brown bag you meals, etc...

I dont believe it would be worth it...maybe we will have a virtual fence afterall......

Nice try, and utterly meaningless. Now to put the tiniest bit of actual credence to your notion = Agree to Fences...then; it isn't any issue. The very tone of your post reiterates the obscene injustice of the "Award"...."We won't REALLY come out there and steal your seniority...trust us". That aside..If AWA folks actually envision some/ANY happy ending here, with a reasonably negotiated joint contract..and since few of you supposedly want to come east...What's WRONG with establishing fences?

I NEVER attack anyone personally. I wish you would not. You don't hear me putting down your sister trying to get at you. And the answer is "I don't know". I am just saying the time for negotiating was months ago. Your NC would not back off LOS, never mentioned a fence; and this is where we ended up. Have a nice day.
