20+ career, I see the problem now. You must be an 88 or later hire, I am guessing early 89, which means you were furloughed at the merger.

Most, if not all, bike riding West pilots are senior to you, they do not want your career. While they park their Airbuses and 757s six deep in PHL and CLT with a couple more on the ramps in DCA and PIT, they plan the fight against USAPA, in order to not be given your career.
