Your insurance covers mental instability!
What part of my statement do you think is unstable? Point to where I am wrong.

Do you think the PBGC is going to hand you over another $100-1000 per month?

Did a whole load of east pilots leave when any of those event take place?

Has the pension committee demonstrated large progress in getting any more money or even proving anyone did anything wrong? anybody in jail? Has a trial for anything even been set yet?

How am I unstable pointing to fact and a bunch of east pilots grabbing at straw living in reality?

Wouldn't think of it Jimbo after you and your ALPA dirtbags gave it away.
Sure, it was all ALPA’s fault that you lost your pension. 9/11 had nothing to do with it. US Airways being in bankruptcy had nothing to do with it. A bankruptcy judge had nothing to do with it.

It was all ALPA’s fault. They just gave it away because they did not like you and wanted to screw you.

Tell me. Why is it that all of these people don’t like east pilots?

Judges
Arbitrators
Management
Other airlines
The PBGC

No, CLT will be fine.

You buying the bucket or shall I?

Move. Come to CLT on days off. There is an incredible opportunity to manage a Porcelain Welcome Center, female division in the new commuter extension. The city has certified the Flush capacity of the sixteen holer. It is up to your standards. Bring mints from Costco and make sure the western boys don't do shots with the listerine. That bucket will do fine for the tips.

I think your choices are a bucket of tacos from Azteca, or go across the street for a bucket of chicken from Bojangles or a bucket of beer from the biker bar on a Friday night.

USAPA has plenty of places to spend your buckets of hard earned $$$ near their HQ.

I will do so. Thank you.

I understand this is how you welcome people to CLT:

Compass Correction Coalition Update (Opportunity! - One chance, to get this right!): April 30, 2012

For the first time in over a decade, US Airways pilots are in position to improve our working conditions, perhaps dramatically. Even better, not only can it be done in weeks, circumstances dictate that it must.

We have been mired in a swamp for the last 3 years, as relates to contract negotiations. We have been given a map and a rope and if we successfully navigate through the swamp to the other side, good things await us; or at least fewer hungry alligators. If we ignore the map and reject the life line, because we resent those who have thrown it to us, who knows where we will end up? Most assuredly, now is a time where reasonable men, with reasonable minds, must take the lead; that means electing such reasonable men and women and rebuking, or replacing those who doggedly cling to the failed tactics of our recent past.

At the PHL Domicile, right now, we are facing such a decision and an opportunity. One candidate is tied to our previous USAPA leadership, a leadership who produced 3 years of less than nothing, meaning that their style inflicted actual harm on our pilots, individually and collectively. The relationship with the company, (what little there was of it) - was contentious, marginalized, and unproductive. USAPA’s last three years were initially marked by mutual mistrust and it deteriorated from there, to complete isolation and antagonism.

Today, that relationship has changed, with a new set of officers who “get it”, on how to conduct business. Conducting business does not mean that boundaries will not be set and our best interests will not be protected. But let’s face it, the challenges ahead will be solved mutually and consensually, or we may simply be pushed out of the process; because if all other interested parties want this deal, we can’t stop it and really, we shouldn’t want to.

In his campaign letters, Paul Music has already shown his desire to be divisive. Paul’s primary focus is on parochial and trifling political issues. A candidate at this time must respond intelligently, to the thunder-clap of a paradigm shift that came with the proposed American Airlines transaction.

Music instead, comes on with an obstructionist attitude, ready and eager to re-fight last year’s battles. For example: His fascination with routine office staff changes would be funny, if it weren’t so revealing and troubling. On that subject; how is Mr. Music in a position to judge the performance or lack thereof of the former office staff, those who have recently been replaced? Doesn’t it seem likely that he is relying on hearsay, rather than allowing the new Officers to choose their assistants? That is exactly what the previous administration did, after all. Is this really an issue for the PHL Domicile election?

Until one has read and absorbed the McCaskill-Bond amendment and specifically, the Allegheny-Mohawk portion, (seniority integration) - of that agreement, one is not fully aware of the potential dangers waiting in that particular swamp. There are also opportunities there, for those prepared and schooled in how to maximize them. Still, the better course is to reach consensual agreement with American. Resorting to McCaskill-Bond would mean that we have failed and that some of our control and options are gone.

In short, we need clear headed, calm thinking pilot advocates and we need them now. Do not vote for any candidate who doesn’t have a grasp on what is about to happen either with us, or to us, depending upon how our elected representatives conduct themselves.

We have come to the conclusion that the right man to represent the best interests of the PHL pilots and indeed, those of all the US Airways pilots is Jamie Weidner. We urge you to cast your vote for Jamie; he will do the difficult job ahead with integrity, honesty and thoughtful deliberation.

Respectfully,

Eric Rowe - PHL A330
Woody Menear - PHL 7i
Eric Jordan - PHL 7i

It seems to me like this is the second time in almost a decade. What's the lesson in this? No, I'm not talking about avoiding arbitration either, which they suggest later in that above mentioned CCC update. I'm talking about something even more fundamental. Something to do with hubris...

Relax and don't worry so much about other people's problems. Life is too short for this.

Well CHIP since "YOU " endorse JAMIE WEIDNER, it is easy to see who the rest of us will vote for, looks like alot of seniority manipulates your puppet! ClaxMM!

It this were only other peoples problems. But the east pilots have made their problems west pilot problems.

If east pilots had negotiated in good faith during the seniority integration we would not have this problem.
If east pilots had lived up to their word after arbitration the west would not have these problems.
If the east had not thrown a temper tantrum and changed unions the west would not have been sued for RICO.
If the east pilots had not made their problems our problems we would not have spent tens of millions of dollars chasing un-winnable law suits.
If the east pilots had not been grabbing at straws chasing a non existent LOA 93 snap back the contract would not be delayed 2 years and wasted money.
If the east did not grab at straws hoping for a win in the MDA grievance trying to get out of your obligations we would not have been delayed.
If the east pilots had not made their problems our problems we would not have a federal injunction hanging over our heads right now.
If east pilots had not made it our problem by electing and keeping a whacko union president supposedly to show the company who is the boss which backfired we all would not be in this mess.
If the east did not make their problems our problems we would not be chasing a law suit against the PBGC where people are throwing out false hope that there is more money coming and that the east is going to walk away handing over the airline. False hope and flawed theories is the reason we are where we are. These are all east problems being forced on the west.

So if the east pilots would keep your problems to yourself it would be fine. But they don't they have to make their problems everyone else's problems.

Wow! You should try venting.
