Oh no, your right all the APA pilots want to give up all their senority for the AWA guys, did not see that one coming and I understand also the fence is only for east pilots, all west pilots can go on the widebody of choice. :lol: :lol: :lol:

How does using the Nic have an impact on the APA ClaxoMM jr?

The APA will be slotted with whatever list we give the so using the Nic doesn't bother them.

A question for all easties:
We cannot use the Nic. until we have a single contract, this is so because the ta mandates it, correct?

If the part of the TA that requires a single contract in place to use the seniority list is currently valid, why do you believe the part of the same TA that requires the Nic. is not valid?

First off how do you know the company went to usapa THIS morning? There are all in a BPR meeting who is there to go to?

Second and more importantly. Try reading it before you post crap.

This Executive Change in Control and Severance Benefits Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of the ______ day of ___________, 20___ (the “Effective Date”), by and among ___________________________ (“Executive”), US Airways Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Group”), and US Airways, Inc., a Delaware corporation and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Group (“US Airways” and, together with Group, the “Company”).
Whereas, certain employees of the Company were parties to Executive Change In Control and Severance Benefit Agreements with America West Holdings Corporation and America West Airlines, Inc., although those agreements have since expired;
Whereas, Executive is currently employed by the Company and has made and is expected to continue to make major contributions to the short- and long-term profitability, growth and financial strength of the Company; and
Whereas, the Company wishes to provide additional inducement for Executive to remain in the ongoing employ of the Company.

Is there a airline called America West? Also if this was filed with anyone the blanks would be filled in.

This is a 7 year old form. What does it possibly have to do with what is going on now other than to show the fear you east guys are feeling. BTW I already told you Parker has a way around CofC and usapa gave him the answer.

No. The TA did not establish two separate pilot groups with two independent contracts. The two contracts existed and remain in existence, until a single contract is in place. The authority to join the two comes in a new contract that must be negotiated. Absent a negotiated single contract the two contracts remain the same and are still negotiable.

You east usapa supporters are getting more and more panicked by the day and tossing more FUD. You try and throw fear but your logic just does not hold up.
First of all the Nicolau has the first 500 slots going to east pilots. We are then slotted in at about 2 /1 east to west. So if APA is going to give up slots to the west they are giving up twice as many to east pilots. Second your understanding about fences is screwed up. How or why would the WB fences only apply to the east?

Could it be the AA pilots hate the east so much that they would give the west a pass? What do you “friends” at AA say about that? If they don’t want anything to do with the Nicolau what do they want? DOH? Have you explained to them that you are coming to save their jobs and they should just step aside for the east pilots because you have sacrificed so much for so long?

Sorry Clear, The AA pilots are like us they don't want anyone that should not be jumping ahead of the line. Coming to save their jobs, well thats your department you westies are good at that. The joke about widebodies was to show how the west has such a sense of entitlement. It's going to be a DOH list with all sorts of conditions and restrictions just get use to it. You be on the 777 before you know it Skippy. Me, I'll be long gone!!!! ;)
