Uhaul is going bezerk.. Teatering on the back of his heels, scared shirtless. He is way off his game gasping for air.
Incorrect. You will file hoping for an injunction with only the presumed ability to stop "any sli in it's tracks". What actually happens is anyone's guess. A transaction of this size, if it indeed takes place, is always subject to litigation. I have great difficulty in believing that even the most "Devout Faithful" out your way could honestly imagine AOL as being the determining factor in such a massive merger happening or not.
Since virtually every pilot on the AWA list can hold Captain out East. Even AOL leader 75 numbers from the bottom .....
Under a relative merge that puts every single , every single West pilot in aCap job in the AMR system. - I think they'll care.
Better yet sell the WEST to a third entity, kills all lawsuits, promotes a quicker synegy, and ends DUI's litigation problems! MM! With the LA hub and LUV competition you guys are toast!
All of the anti-trust issues lie with the east. Your side of the airline is headed to the shredder. I bet you wish you had pulled the trigger on a SLI, now don't you.
I'm not sure who destroys the english language more thoroughly, you or EastUS.
When usapa goes away who is going to appeal the ruling? APA will not. That will be the bargaining agent. If USAPA looses in Silver's court is the only "if" in this scenario. The ruling will be appealed all the way to scotus, probably by AOL too, if you loose. Silver's ruling is far from the end. Contract first, SLI second as the appeals move forward. It will probably be at least another 18 months until an unappealable east/west list could be presented for an SLI.

wouldn't that be a single contract thus triggering the Nic?
When USAPA goes away and there is no NIC are you going to be suing the APA, our new bargining agent? When usapa goes away who is going to appeal the ruling? APA will not. That will be the bargaining agent.
"...and I don't assume anything about you. I know that you are a weak, pathetic little man and I just plain find you amusing." Amusing how you can link those together. Sigh!...Spend a bit more time with your "Sensei" son...you know, the one who's allowed you to evolve such well developed "humility" and "knowledge" of your unquestionably awesome "strength" and "skill".
Better yet = Find one that's competent...Of course...you might not be as pleased, without all the obvious, mutual indulgence in infantile BS that you clearly have with your current "Sensei"...and you might risk having to figuratively or literally pull your "head" out of your arse and start growing.
Good luck with your journey. You've got a long way to go.
No. Using the Nic gives them a relative seniority list to merge relatively again.
Using a DOH list puts most east pilots in AMR captain slots.
Yes!When USAPA goes away and there is no NIC are you going to be suing the APA, our new bargining agent?
The company took a neutral stance and see where that has gotten them last time. Parker wants a deal done this time he is not going to leave up to you jokers again.Good point, it would be a new Transition Agreement between USAPA, the APA and the company. Equal pay rates for all, fences for all and the company will take a neutral position on the SLI.

This is true. I'm glad you took my advice to try to post intelligently. The big questiion is: Will Parker or the APA be willing to gamble a transaction of this magnitude on the possibility of our getting an injunction just to placate the very group that Parker has already neutered with his own injunction?
