US Pilots Labor Discussion

It amazes me how a UA pilot can say so much about how pilots from another airline think and feel.

Don't be so amazed. I got to see first hand how your group operates in 2000.

Buddy, you pretty much shot your wad when you called us child molesters.

Never forget.
Nope. Never called you a child molester. Just said you are part of a group (USAPA) who protects the job of one.

More lies from you Pi? You are becoming more and more like your buddy Nos by the day.

Really? Have AA and SWA done every merger according to A/M? I know they haven't M/B because it hasn't been around that long. Fill us in.

Been used to it, dim whit.
M/B has not been around that long but A/M has. Arbitration.

No not every merger goes to arbitration. Some actually come to an agreement without it, and live up to their word afterword.

Have all mergers gone DOH. NO! Get used to it.

In the next merger to you think it will go to arbitration or some agreement? Would that agreement involve majority rules and gets to decide?

No name calling for me.

No name calling for you? Have you turned over a new leaf? I stand by mine.

Have you ever heard of a pre-nup? Isn't that kind of what the TWA guys were forced into with AA? It's been a while, but I'm pretty sure that's what old jetz and his brother wanted in one of our merger attempts.

Do you have these conversations in your head, because there is no where that I have EVER said that all mergers go DOH. Our merger with the Shuttle didn't, so I think most of us get that.

What happens in the next merger may very well hinge on the final outcome of this one.

The funny thing is that there is ALREADY a "final outcome" but your band of bumbling organized criminals called USCABA has you convinced that the majority can simply change the rules to the detriment of the minority whenever they feel like it. Your votes are worthless. Go ahead and vote slavery in again. See how far you get.

USAPA: Nothing Lower Than Taking Credit For The Work of Others

There is Nothing Lower Than Taking Credit For The Work of Others. Again, USAPA and it's functionaries take the credit for the hard work done by others. How low can USAPA go?

At least I have a vote.

The funny thing is, You don't! Now that's funny right there!

Nothing is final until ratified. That is the law. Period.

Call us anything you wish, you're not a pilot here but you have a motive.

ALPA shill? Divorced wife of pilot?

Slavery? You could only wish.

Good luck with your life.

USAPA is doing fine without your input. (In fact, I only respond to you to point out how truly meanngless your words are. It's.....well.....FUN!)

East pilots are doing fine without your input.

You call us scabs......methinks thou protestith too much!

Good luck with your life.

He who shall not be named, the "Caped Maurader" has been deserted by just about every pilot on the East for exactly what he is.

ALPA shill and pure company man. CM has serious issues on "it's" bias "unbiasfacts".

Let him rave....he who talks to himself does so because no one else here listens. I overheard serveral pilots laughing about him in the crew room the other day. A reckoning force of....ONE!

Good luck, "Caped Maurader"! I truly hope your life improves. Your festering hatred of East pilots is an all consuming journey you pursue that seems to permeate your soul.

I pity you.

Really! Ever hear of M/B and the A/M merger policy? Nearly identical process. If we merge with another airline we will see something almost ALPA merger policy.

Arbitration using one of several integration methods. DOH is not required.

Get used to it.
ALPA Merger Policy (or lack there of) created this mess in the first place. Then came the rest.

CP1,

You will have to do better than him, he's almost as nutty as Jim.

Morning Pi,

I feel the same way about the person I am going in circles wth about this subject.

How do you feel about the hostage situation? This time, I am pulling for USAPA. I'll be curious how it goes today.

They don't have me convinced. Many feel very confident, I just don't know how it will turn out. One thing that I did feel confident about was that when we went down this road it would be years and years of legal battles, mud slinging and a lifetime of hard feelings on both sides. I think we can say I was right about that, but we will have to wait until we all retire to decide if it was worth it for us individually.

If there is a final outcome, why are here arguing about it? Why is the Nic not in use? Why are there court battles going on? Why don't I have any west brothers and sisters flying with me. It's not final by a long shot.

Wrong! Failure to live up to your word and failure to follow merger policy is why we are here today. If east pilots would have abided by your agreement this would all be settled.

CP1,

We have been through this before most notable being "fuel school". A couple of years back a pilot was brought in regarding refusal to fly an aircraft with multiple mel's. In that case the pilot had been given time off before the hearing. He also had good documentation of the mel's and subsequentpaper whipping. He also had a usapa rep who "invited"the FAA to the meeting. Bottom line is the company ended up with a red face and the FAA reminded them that they were not supposed to use the mel time limit as a starting point for fixing the aircraft. I would advise all pilots with this company to document in your logbbook everything you write up and what time and if the acars shows the aircraft late the put a comment in your logbook and send an acars message to dispatch.

Regards,

Bob
