All you have to do is fly a trip in and out of PHL, and the potential of the west scabbing coming back rears its' head again. Watch the crew news video. They will cross, absolutely. Another day, another reason. But the real reason is the same, and always is for a scab. Getting what they want ahead of another. They want your job, without the time in the craft. Give it now, or we cross. Listen to them as they call out "on time push" Pathetic. There is not even a contract yet to even contend, yet the snakes have slithered out of their holes. They ridicule any attempt the east makes, nothing is good enough, nothing is fast enough for them. They, will cross if you give them the chance. Even Parker is astonished at what he is dealing with.

Try putting out a contract with a Reserve First Officer ahead of a Captain.

By the time we get a contract to put out, every current East F/O that was furloughed at the time of the merger will have an opportunity to be a captain. It won't be an issue. Bottom furloughed F/O at the time of the merger is currently seniority number is 3242. Bottom group 2 captain seniority is 2359. A difference of 883 positions on the seniority list. There are 753 MANDATORY retirements over the next 5 1/2 years (Does not include people who go out on medical or leave early) 993 MANDATORY retirements over the next 6 1/2, 1249 over the next 7 1/2 years. The longer it takes....the more lopsided it becomes. No bump, no flush. NIC will be tough to get past a jury in just a few years. It's why the West is crying so loud right now. They know they are running out of time.
 
Did anyone notice how the west pilots were accusing east pilots of slowing down and burning engines and apu's too much in the latest crew news in PHX? Doug told them that he did not want people turning in each other like tattle tellers.

johnny mac, I eat too many crew meals, and mitch vasalino, I want to be a lawyer but I do want to go to school and earn it, like I do not want to earn my seniority vasin.

How much money are you losing while you wait for your attrition? You make Captain at LOA93 wages, then what? You are losing more than you'll ever gain. Smart. In the meantime you'll try to justify why you are delaying a contract, all for your gain, at the expense of the West. DFR?

The so self fulfilling prophets, MV, CF, JM, EF, have all run out of airspeed and ideas, do to their arrogance, greed, and absolute stupidity have sold the WEST out of any kind of future for their group, all the WEST furloughs on the EAST are chomping at the bit for the next bid, heck they will be INT"L F/Os long before anyone at the airline they were furloughed from ( the WEST) will! Not to mention the big bucks to our boy MARTY, yea after looking at the last PHX crew news only a moron would put any faith in anything out of the WEST has to say! MM! Childish boys very childish! BTW the most mature one was the one with the blocks!

Not losing a thing thank you. Leonidas told the company they would sue if they allowed anything other than Nic. Now the company has an excuse to drag out negotiations. It is the West that is dragging this out. I'm ok with what I make in the interim. Everything is paid for except the house. I play golf at the country club twice a week. I'm living the dream. When we finally get our raise....all the better. I will be a captain with no bump no flush. Suck on that.

Do you like where this is going? These past events have no bearing on the future of this airline. Why do you continue to waste bandwidth on them? Are you trying to deflect the light of truth away from yourself? Seriously? The fact of the matter is that USAPA is incapable of obtaining a contract better than the Kirby propsal. Why? Because they have no unity. Why? Because USAPA's focus is zered in on DOH. And it has been a costly mistake that you will never recover from.
