Negotiations require leverage and give and take. What is USAPA willing to give (that the company actually wants) in order to get 1) DOH, 2) pay parity, 3) minimum fleet counts? You can ask till you're blue in the face with convulsive weeping but Management isn't going to sign off on a contract that is all give and no take.Pay parity maybe but lets say itt all together now.....ready??
NO MIN FLEET....kirby proposal DOA just like NIC.

Has USAPA even prioritized what they want and what they are willing to give in order to secure a TA that achieves the best possible results for all US pilots? Of course they haven't; I'm sure they just passed a DOH list along with a $750M annual increase in pilot wages and didn't offer anything in return. And what has that gotten them? ... The same offer that was on the table before USAPA came into being. USAPA is a real piece of work - worthless as goose grease on a pump handle.
