Usapa is holding the entire company hostage. Trying to get around Binding Arbitration. Read Bradfords letter, or, have someone read it to you. Either way, you will see the smoking gun is your attempt to avoid the Nic Award. DOH is DOA.

Defend your career to the point it is sold , if your lucky to any corp, that would bid on liabilities of a DEAD franchise! MM! SLOT ALLOCATION SALE ? Why is USAPA afraid to put up a contract to vote on? Afraid the "older" senior East pilots who are unaffected by this will vote for a pay raise and move on?

Why is Cleary afraid? Does he think it will pass, regardless of his expensive legal campaign? Why are you afraid?

Prove yourselves with a vote.

The company has not offered anything lately. Cleary is probably concerned that he would put a contract up for vote with issues that are not negotiated yet.

What do you care about that though, a combined CBA with less than respected offer would give you the Nicolau, then you would have yours.

You guys crack us up, man tell us your joking, "THE MONEY THING" we are at least a little older than ya'll and have made adjustments for our retirement, 401k elections etc, besides the PBGC(may get a little more, nice iceing if it happens) but heck do you think we will just go quietly into the night hand you the keys to daddy's car, you are misinformed, and not very b, well to say the least , man those slots on the EAST , DCA, LGA, are worth more than a few thousand EAST furloughed pilots! The westies have underestimated the east resolve from the start of this abortion of a merger. The old pilots of the east have taken the high road. Funny how the west pilots want that nic so bad and would sign on to anything to get it. The east pilots do not want anything the west has to offer. The west had nothing to lose and everything to gain. Freund warned JR, Jmac and KS that all the risk was on the west side of the transaction. He told them the BK judge was never going to allow the east to liquidate. We have all the emails. Then Freund makes the case to St. Nic that the east had already failed..........the old man then gives everything to the west.......you can't make this stuff up! The old man uses the wrong east list! You know, of course that your statement makes no sense whatsoever. The closer to retirement you get, the MORE important money becomes! Write that down and put it on your walker, man!

Me, I like money. I've invested a little in protecting my future income from being hijacked by some folks in the east who, apparently don't need the money, but want the prestige of wearing four stripes, but being paid like a Colgan First Officer, and are willing also to substitute the pursuit of a vindictive agenda over real monetary gains.

Sometimes, if you're lucky, with age comes wisdom. I hope it's not too late for the east pilot group.

The second part of reading, is comprehension and then applying what you've read or: understanding. At that point, you will begin to understand the meaning behind the information given to you.

It's a matter of time before Usapa crosses the DFR line. They can avoid it however, by living up to the commitments they inherited by their predecessor. Anything less is a DFR. The company knows it, too well.

Otherwise, they'd have negotiated with you long ago. Whats the hold up? The L-A-W? Oh yes, that doesn't apply to greedy east pilots.
