Which is exactly why it's going to get thrown out. He was using the wrong statutes. Again, nicely done! You have just described the DFR claim against Usapa by the West pilots. Nicely done.

hence using every legal means to prevent it.
By our measure, America West is worst overall http://www.forbes.com/forbes/2001/0611/105.html And it continues to spread it's pestilence to us now.
john john,
You're the second poster in two days to bring up a stale news link from 9 years ago. How could this have happened by coincidence? The probability is so small it’s laughable to think that this is result of anything other than USAPA put out marching orders to its most zealous followers to post the link. They must be getting very nervous that the anti-USAPA posters are hitting a little too close to the truth and they don’t want to lose any more support from the east pilots who are growing increasingly tired of their union’s antics. I think even USAPA’s leadership can see that we are approaching the beginning of the end of their failed attempt to run a union and avoid the NIC seniority list.
When real actions fail to achieve results it must be time to start gearing up the propaganda machine.
And the former US Air was much better?
Yep!!! As a matter of fact US Airways was the #1 airline in the University of Nebraska / Omaha airline rating for 1998.

It's time for the Nicolau to be implemented and see that there will be no instantaneous flood of pilots from the west to the east.

I truly appreciate your honesty here and I understand that delaying the NIC is a victory for your side. Of course you could have just voted no on any TA that ALPA or USAPA negotiated and accomplished the same result (assuming the majority remains committed to the cause). I have no complaint with voting anyway you choose on a new CBA.Ive thought of this all along. But it doesn't matter because Nic is not the list and wont be. Bradfrod is a smart guy but he got things a little mixed up is all. But here we are two years later and no Nic so he must have done something right. Alot of the senior guys support us to so it is a teem effort on all out east to keep this delay going. I am really happy about that.
