I think usapa has about 5 defendants phone numbers tied to "jamming organizational phone lines", some making as few as 7 calls in a 3 day period. Other than that, your other accusations amount to slander and defamation of the other 19 defendants.

In short, usapa has nothing on most of these people, but they are going to have a history of a hostile union, documented in multiple federal courts, seeking intentional harm toward West pilots, when they sue usapa out of existance, if there is even a usapa left after they lose at the 9th and/or the damages trial.
I heard how some of them had their computers wired to a constant calling program. Pretty ingenious, yet diabolical at the same time. I think the Chinese Google Hackers did that one too......

Let's see- mailing rocks, dog droppings, jamming safety hotlines, jamming organizational phone lines. The Chinese going after Google must have been paying close attention in how to disrupt an organization.
Well number two on your list (no pun intended) is indeed despicable. Taking you at your word for sake of argument, do you have any proof (proof admissible in court) as to who actually did this? Are you absolutely certain that it was someone from the Cactus 18? Are you even absolutely certain (proof admissible in court) that it came from a west pilot and not some east pilot seeking to further drive a wedge between the two groups and gain sympathy for USAPA – much like the USA Today was supposed to do?

As to the rest (and quoting your post from above) – where were the actual damages? Is it really worth spending hundreds of thousands of dollars continuing to pursue something that allegedly happened two years ago? I know answering that would require sound reasoning and judgment – qualities of which there is a palpable dearth of at USAPA.

Oh, I just had a thought. If USAPA kept the dog droppings they could run massively expensive DNA tests on it and then subpoena every one of the west pilots’ dogs for a DNA match. Then, we would really have something there. It might cost USAPA $10M or so but it would certainly be worth it don’t you agree? Justice at any cost I say.

You heard - is that admissible in court? No, okay then we can just file it under USAPA kool-aid.

For the same reason no world leader with a brain in his head would negotiate with terrorists. When organizations are founded upon unscrupulous, immoral ideologies that seek the total annihilation of their enemy and lie with unconscionable proclivity, then any negotiations or agreements will be wholly one-sided. The unscrupulous organization will never honor their agreement but will fully expect the other side to honor theirs. Negotiating with such is utterly futile and will leave the honorable party in a condition far worse than if they had not negotiated at all. You attack and destroy terrorists; you do not negotiate with them.

USAPA can never be trusted to keep their word because they were founded upon the principle that binding agreements are meaningless if they aren’t to your liking. Like a terrorist organization, USAPA should never be trusted in negotiations – especially for their arch enemies the west pilots. Therefore, like a terrorist organization, USAPA must be utterly defeated with no thought given to compromise lest USAPA twist and distort every possible piece of yielded ground to the west’s detriment. The Cactus 18 should never admit to the fallacious, baseless charges, but should rather use every judicial means available to extract as much money from the corrupt organization as possible before it implodes.

Callaway,

WOW............where to begin!

USAPA is flush with cash and we in the east love the union. Mike Cleary is our supreme leader!

The 9th probably realized early on that Wake was in way over his head. Can you say expedited.

Man, I hope you guys get some help if this doesn't go your way. You sound very angry.

Doug is probably going to sell the west off to Republic.

The east operation is the most valuable asset.

Cactus 18...........who cares? We offered to talk.............the rest is up to the legal scholars out west.

Metro,

Come on over to Camden. New Hope is beautiful. You should cross the bridge and check out Lambertville, NJ. It is about a 50 minute drive to the wide body flying.

Why not come down to Gastonia? We've got some 76 and 330 time there. You can go to the CLT Performing Arts Center also on the weekends. Left turns only. Who's your driver???

I'd love the BBQ but not interested in NASCAR. Formula 1 is more my taste. I think we'd be much happier living in either New Hope or the Mainline PA.

Clear- "Where was the damage.....?"

Still no answers. How about answering instead of avoiding?

You keep ignoring the difficult questions.

If a DFR is an internal union matter how are there federal DFR cases to cite? Rakestraw, Ramey, truck drivers, ect.

Do you consider the transition agreement to be a contract?

Just like me and Freebird have been in some near misses on the track, until the damage is done, and he hits me or I hit him do we get to jump out of our rides and duke it out. A nasty skid doesn't rate.

You need to go to the Pennsylvania Alps. That would be the Poconos. We've got a track there more suited to your tastes.

USAPA is flush with cash – whose cash is it? What was the source? Why would you want a union to stockpile your dues money when you could keep more of it your own pocket if the union wasn’t needlessly prosecuting and defending itself when the logical and best choice would be to just do the right thing? In this case doing the right thing would be far less expensive to the union and its constituents. Drop the Cactus 18. Stop pursuing DOH. LOA93 – almost certainly futile but perhaps most would consider it a worthy expenditure even in the face of really poor odds. Not me, but I’m not hopelessly optimistic in the face of nearly-certain failure. At any rate, should a professional union have as single biggest objective to negotiate a CBA with the company rather than fighting internal matters with its members?

Unless you’re clairvoyant, you don’t know any more than I do about what the ninth is thinking so you might want to throttle back your enthusiasm on that until something definitive occurs. Have you read judge Wake’s ruling regarding the plaintiff’s claim? The ninth is unpredictable and often wrong so who knows, but Wake’s grasp of the case and the law shows him to be highly credible and that he clearly did his homework relating to the matters of law that were of question in this case. How about if you take a few hundred dollars and ask an independent and unbiased lawyer to review the court documents from Addington and offer his opinion? My guess is you won’t consider this because you really don’t want to know the true odds USAPA is facing.

I’m not even the least bit angry. The ninth could rule that the case lacks ripeness (not likely but possible), but that doesn’t mean the case didn’t go “our wayâ€. It just adds more steps to the process of resolving the issue and achieving justice. It won’t change my outlook in any way regardless of how they rule. Check your screen name and your signature line before you suggest that I’m the one who is angry.

You simply don’t know Doug Parker if you think he is going to sell the west to Republic or anyone else. Research his career and his repeated statements on consolidation. Take a look at the 2008 v. 2009 financial statements and the stock price. Doom and gloom is not in the cards in the current environment for US. Surely you can discern that, right?
