Massive cancellations in CLT the company has pre-cancelled alot of flights and does not put them on the monitors in order not to look bad. Maintenance write ups are through the roof many planes grounded. Remember safety is always first.

So a passenger connects in CLT and their flight is not listed? Doubtful.
Not many planes at the CLT maintenance hanger. Are they sitting around the system?
I'll check the company stats to check and see if you are full of... :shock:

As discussed in the "Northeast Weather delays" thread, there have been on-going delays/cancellations. I suppose that luvthe9 is claiming that East pilots are so powerful that they control ATC and weather...

Or more likely just claiming credit for that which East pilots have no control over. Like jetjok getting his pay today - that was true but it was the same as always since any raise wouldn't show up in paychecks till 2/15/10.

Maybe a pattern can be identified so the problem can corrected. Like you said, safety first! :up:

No, not funny at all never said is was or even thought it. Your entitlement attitude is amazing. As long as there is a transition agreement in place with no joint contract you can line your bird cage with NIC. There is only West and East....Got it....good.

Yes my entitlement attitude is amazing. To think I have the nerve to believe I should keep my job, when there is an east furloughee who deserves it, please forgive my outrageous insubordination, and allow me to surrender my captain seat and future to a furloughee who has less LOS than myself, because he/she got hired at a three time loser airline, that could not keep 40% of its pilots employed.

I do not own a bird, or cage, but the new puppy just made a mess on usapa's C&BLs (they ought to be called the Constitution & BMs), as does the new federal law, and would any future merger partner, as the Nic would be used for any future seniority integration.

The TA says LCC cannot implement use of the Nic til joint contract. The TA does not say cannot use the Nic for future seniority integrations with other companies. Get it?....good.

i counted 20 at the clt hangar tonight. you r wrong.
 
I flew from PHX to the belly of the beast (CLT) today (Jan 1) and saw no disruptions. Despite the numerous "cash or chaos" statements it apppears it was just hot air as illusory as the snapback clock.
Where are the committed east pilot groupies that were going to force Doogie into contract 84 payrates?
Lots of blacktop relic airplanes taking off and landing, lots of "good union pilots" walking in the concourses, no pickets and no cancellations on the schedule board.
I guess we will add that to the list of victories that Cleary and the AFOC are claiming. Now waiting for the 9th circuit smackdown. The tidal Wake will be shortly thereafter weilding the contempt of court hammer.
So sad, it didn't have to be this way. If East and West were combined we could be tough to battle; sadly the east has permanently poisoned that future. :down:

i counted 12 cancellations on the monitors between 1800-2100. all good weather destinations. yfos.
 
You guys still amaze me. I am sorry for the pilots that have been / are getting furloughed, East and West. It sucks. But until a joint CBA is agreed upon, the furlougs, will happen as they have. That right now is just the thuth of it. But I do have a question, one I asked on here a while back. On the NIC list, is there any pilot East or West that has the same seat, same A/C type, that was hired before said pilot and according to the NIC, is junior to siad pilot? For example, I was hired in 1987, ( I am not a pilot), I am a FO on a 737, and have been my whole career, is there someone on the NIC list that is senior to me that holds the same seat, on the same equiptment, that was hired after me, East or West?
 
You won't have to worry. The FO will be the one leaving.
HP, in all reality, I really don't think so. Most on both sides simply put time in for money, get your 85, go home come back next month. Will do a POTA if it works for them,..........

I think everyone needs to chill a little. This thread has been wandering into personal insult territory again, and that needs to stop.

The post which riled so many of you up was deleted for semantics not content. We don't censor we just follow the rules.

Keep that in mind and you all might want to read the rules again before posting again.

West pilots must live in the moral basement. I take from all the west posters they want the east pilots to do illegal job actions and then get fired. Well, customers understand who is in the right and it is not the west.
We will get our snapbacks just like the LOA states- we may have to fight for it but we have to ensure that the company holds their side of the bargain! It is our legal right.
Rookies, set back and watch how this works. Greed got you into this mess and we are going to show you how the game ends. it is unfortunate you dont know how to be good union pilots, but you have burned your last straw with the patience out east. WE ARE DONE pandering to you!
Now, this is not to say we can't have civil discourse, but what that would require is for you to at least come off your Nicolau greed and meet us half way.
