As for being served...I have a thick skin, if someone wants to make racial slurs at me, that speaks more about them then any argument they may have.

I heard that plenty from the 1879 pilots you all had on furlough after 9-11. Geez. That's more pilots UNEMPLOYED from US Air than ever even worked at America West!

A few dozen of your "new hires" ended up resurrecting their careers at AMW. They were the lucky ones.

It's not 1982 it's now 2010. The US Air dream job, (pit to utica in a dc-9) is long gone.

Metroyet wrong again, I was 1 of the 1879 furloughed pilots and I would never work for America West. And of a few dozen that did take Jobs, where would they be if Nic went DOH? OH, they would have stayed west because it is such a great place to work. I don't think so.

Have you ever thought about all of the legal victories that we have won, that USAPA and the AFO club might actually be wrong, and that the continued actions of the same will cost EVERY US Air pilot a huge damages award and quite possibly the end of the new US Air? Have you ever thought that if we joined together to negotiate a leading contract from LCC and used the AWA contract as a template, that we may not have had to furlough at all? What if USAPA stopped the hopeless litigation against the Cactus 18 and in defense of the Addington case, that USAPA would have a large bank roll to fund actions to get a new contract?

You picked the wrong group to try and steam roll over. What a COMPLETE waste of time, money and valuable resources. Sure you got attrition over first 4 years of the merger.

So....who were you before you invented "Scorched*Earth"? PS Hiding behind a name / threat is uncool. I guess we will continue to see in in court for the new year.

Its a lawful, Federally recognized, company accepted, arbitrated list that came out of a mutually agreed to med/arb process led by a Nicolau, whom both sides agreed would arbitrate.
