if you don't have skin in the game and a VOTE your opinion simply does not matter....

So those folks commenting on how much difference there is between the US/HP Nic list and the DL/NW combined list who "don't have skin" and "a VOTE" on the DL/NW integration - their (your) opinion doesn't matter either?

Or is this a case of "We can comment on your integration but you can't comment on ours"...

Or does that mean that NYCBusdriver doesn't have any skin because he is in the top 517 and not affected by Nic (your definition). So which is it? Seems to me that the world disagres with you and anybody should be able to commment on seniority.

Ask Barrister - it was his/her criteria, not mine (see the post immediately before mine - #75). I even quoted the applicable part of Barrister's post. Of course, Barrister's criteria hasn't stopped him/her from commenting on the DL/NW integration...situational standards, I guess...

How did you employment at will proposal go at the BPR meeting?

Heard Cleary had a pretty tough time with the board members.
 
I would have replied on "The Objective" thread but it got closed because a certain bitter and crabby pilot managed to spittle and spew his disdain all over that thread as well.

Thanks for ruining it for the rest of us. Could you try, in the future, to keep your civil war among yourselves? The poster had an amazing message which you were so hell bent on stamping out that you got the thread closed.

The east is all about situational ethics. They want everyone to live by their agreements, except themselves.

Those that will NEVER vote in a new contract w/ the Nic, fight equal representation for the west, support continued persecution of the Cactus 18 & continue to support the unsuccessuful fight against the Addington case (DFR Lawsuit) & face the possibility of MILLIONS of dollars worth of damages (read assesments) against the east pilots:

What? You must have forgotten about the $250,000+ that was spent on the litigation about the "Cactus 18" that DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. I hope the use of CAPS made the point that USAPA lost that case and yet they still pursue it. Just like a little Jack Russell Terrier that just won't let got of your pant leg. USAPA BPR states that they will again try ot "craft a remedy that will bring this to a close". Translation.....I think it will be just like the last attempt.

BTW...West ligitigation has a 95% win rate (estimate..your mileage may vary). We anxiously await the Ninth's decision. If we are "affirmed"....I would bet that SSM& P advise going to SCOTUS (big surprise...more billable hours)....they will be bound to see the travesty.

BTW2...Time to finish this up. The end of the games is coming to the end.

OK HP and BB lets try again. Skin in the game doesn't mean from a right to post only to motivation/bias. Anyone can post here anytime, self evident I hope. Gone Fishing seems to think that a person's place on the list, if low, plus time served, if high, equates to not working at 'A viable company" typical DAL attitude I might add and one of the most non-sensical posts ever made on these boards. Excuse me GF I believe you have had a turn at BR yousrself .
Typical DAL to espouse my bankruptcy is better than your bankruptcy. My post was plain and to the point and easily understood by MOST. When DAL and NW is brought up it is to demostrate how DOH is not the gold standard and what a big happy family they all are. My point was if you did not lose 5-10-15-20 years in your little merger then you ain't got skin in the game.
Plus DAL and NW probably have been in existence about the same length of time but I could be wrong. Gone Fishing stated that DAL was being drug into 'it" and my point was: show me on the DAL/NW list where there is as big a difference as here at U/AW. Still waiting on an answer Gone Fishing, what is your hire date and the nearest NW guy to you and his/her date. Enlighten us from your lofty perch GF. And yes, at the end of the day, only voters count.

Simple: When both sides are EQUALLY mad at the result. Champagne sales spiked in LAS and PHX when that list was published and Prater said he knew it was going to be a problem the minute he saw it. Remember him, the President of the OLD union.
