Your attempt at defending EofA's words is ingenious, but pointless. He accused ALPA, via the DL pilots, of wanting to do exactly what he says USAPA will do - use the majority's power of force it's will on the minority. In other words, of being "scabs or [a] yellow dog union" for supposedly doing exactly what USAPA proposes



He's just digging his hole deeper and deeper. Seems that the truth is coming out.....EofA seems anxious to be first in line to take another pilot's job.

Hey Jim....I voted for USAPA. The West pilots think I belong to a "yellow-dog" union, think I am a scab, won't support USAPA if it becomes the bargaining agent and will do everything in their power to destroy it. www.armyofleonidas.com. Or how about the AWA roadshow tapes. Maybe the McIlvenna MEC Chairman messages. Whatever it is, 1,800 West pilots propose to destroy a union by any means possible. I'm sure that they'll co-operate with us to get a joint contract. NOT!

Their very implication is to file frivolous grievances and contract nuisances all to DESTROY any union other than ALPA that will give them exactly what they want.

The Nicolau award GIVES THEM MY JOB. If they want it.....come and get it. They can expect the same in return. I don't want their job if and unless, and ONLY if and unless, they WANT NICOLAU! That is the point, JIM.

Of course I expect you to call me a SCAB too now.

Those are NOT MY WORDS....AWA pilots think USAPA are "scabs or a yellow-dog union".

And you're right. That is EXACTLY what I said they will do. Which negates the "theory" that we're all ALPA pilots. Delta pilots will force their best interests if their majority wills it....and therefore negates the necessity of any NATIONAL union.

I think just like the usapa crowd that showed up in phx, you are finally realizing just what you have created, a union wit over 1/3 of the pilots willing and ready to destroy it at any cost, and if that wasn't enough, 1800 pilots with a legal and binding arbitration in their pocket that have just announced they will seek financial damages from the company should the Nic. be altered. Do you still believe that the usapa clowns new list will cost nothing?

It already has cost a lot, stagnation, contract, 400 vs 40 upgrades etc. With age 65 loa 93 keeps costing you to. Alpa will keep costing us, usapa will cost a lot more and in the end you will have to live with Nic either way.
