TWU negotiations.........what?

how do you figure? do you believe they would have started paying us without all the agreements in place? History has proven that all 7 contracts must be settled before they sign off on it. You are speculating at best and my theory seems more pliable.

He's referring to the T/A of 2010...That would've been in place regardless of the end result ...We would've been working under the terms and pay rates of 2010 up until bankruptcy.
So in this case, with hindsight being 20/20.....It is very hard to disagree with anyone who NOW says we should've voted the 2010 T/A in because it would've put a few more dollars in one's pocket.

So now we are faced with terms worse than the T/A...

And everyone needs to make sure they understand that we WILL be working under the worse terms......Either voluntarily or through abrogation.

I understand what you are saying but after having seen the terms sheet I do not think it will pass the way it stands now, most of the guys in DFW say take it to the judge.

Well let's see both the offer from US Airways to the TWU, and this latest NO vote TA from AA.

According to statements made in BK Court today,

We will be voting on AA's last offer and results will be required by May 14th hearing date.

REALLY?

what are we voting on. something we may never get to see. get the info out there ready already at least whats going to be better lol.

thank you news media for providing updates, because if was up to you know who, we would be left in the dark

According the TWU Local 514 leadership as of 6:26 pm, we are not voting today. When questioned about Jason Whitely, TWU was not aware.

Flash : Jason Whitely is a reporter for WFAA Dallas Ft. Worth.

And again the membership is left in the dark. Maybe we will be able to see it for more than a day or maybe until the 14th.
