Just as the claim that a membership would have a DFR violation against the union because the company via Chapter 11 BK is closing a maintence base.

Like Bob said earlier, the company pit's stations against each other in order to squeeze more out of us, and the union allows it. The union pit's stations against each other, mainly TUL against everybody else, in order to keep the majority in ONE facility. We even have crews within stations that fight amongst ourselves to get a better deal from management. This is classic manipulation of the membership by company and union. And, WE allow it to fester out of control.

So, I'm not at all surprised by Informer or anyone else that comes onto this forum and illustrates the IGM attitude because it's in our blood! I sometimes show the IGM, but at least I'll admit it!

Not gonna work Informer, I mean Overspeed, I mean Informer. You can't handle the truth. And, you have NO plan! The truth is TUL happens to be the TWU's only hope of survival, and that's why they are fighting as hard as hell to save their own soul while making it look like their saving jobs. 100% of the membership outside of Tulsa knows this except Tulsa. AFW happens to be closely aligned with the Line to oust the TWU, and that's why the TWU hasn't shown interest in saving those jobs or the jobs of close to 500 Line mechanics throughout the system. We're not blind or dumb, but WE are our own worst enemies, that's for sure! I presume when the 767 and 777 heavy's are saved they will be done in Tulsa. Good for you!

The TWU does an extremely lousy job of arbitrating system wide impact arbitration cases. I would take 40% OH outsourcing in a minute, instead of placing 100% of the OH jobs at risk going in front of the arbitrator. That's exactly what the TWU did when they submitted the letter to the NMB.

I never compared Tulsa to AFW.
I have no idea what the State of Oklahoma is doing.
And AA announced the closing of AFW because management felt the benefits didn't outweigh the cost of keeping it open.


So now you know what others believe or at least post that you do and then please explain who is "we". Do you have a mouse in your pocket?
