Most of the RSV's at US are just used to fly trips BH don't want to. It has always been that way. We used to have at least 13% of the trips held back for a bid sheet. That would have been alot of blocks for RSV's. I think it states now, no more than 10% for the bid sheet. Maybe our union will be more receptive this time toward RSV concerns. They must be feeling the heat. I brought stuff up to our CLT LECP before and even suggested having round table meetings to solicit ideas from RSV's and he said that the union wouldn't want to do that. It's called being proactive. Usually a good step. One pass month sounds good, even two, but that passing all month crap should have never been allowed. We should all want to be productive members of the same team. Thats what helps create a strong workforce. We had people who would tell you to your face that they didn't want to work at all. They were always a blast to fly with, if they ever flew. All they did was complain they had to fly 4 or 5 days. I also think we should be able to have out senoirity back, even as a RSV. We have earned it.
I like hearing all the ideas here, good and bad. Now hopefully our union will listen because if they don't hear this, we have some rough air ahead.
