Republic F/A's?

If I buy a ticket and online it says MIDATLANTIC, can I be sure that it won't be Republic, after all? The flight is soon.

I don't want to fly Republic, just because the situation stinks.

If it's a MidAtlantic flight, it sometimes won't say anything, just US Airways. The boarding passes say US Airways Flight ####. If its a Republic flight it should say so online. Due to a glitch in the system the borading passes say US Airways Express-Mesa even though they re Republic flights. That right there is some type of violation with the DOT right? I think Republic flight numbers start with 3... You can also tell before you get on the plane because they covered the "MIDATLANTIC Operated by US Airways" logo with what appears to be a large bumper sticker that says Rpublic Airlines.

US Airways is required by law to tell you who operatres the flight if its not US Airways. Thats why they don't say anything if it's MDA because it is US Airways. But if it changes from MDA to RP, they have to inform you as a customer.

It wont say MidAtlantic because there is no MidAtlantic. It will say Usairways because that is what we are and when Usairways finally gets rid of the last 170..it will just be automatically Usairways Express.
Everyone on here that is reading this...PLEASE understand...there never was a company called MidAtlantic...Usairways lied. They are going to have to face it soon in court. There never was MAA..MDA...whatever they called it. It is a division of Usairways..remember Metrojet? SAME thing!!! They just called it MidAtlantic.
So..RowUnderDCA..you will be fine. Nothing will change. Usairways just wants us(170 flight crews) to just dissappear. On May 28th..we will all be gone off property...but we will continue to be their nightmare with the lawsuits.

It may just be a "corporate" standard, but if it is sometbing that is in their ops manual, then it's binding as far as the Feds are concerned. Maybe not as big of deal as an FAR, but binding, anyway.

If it's a "company standard" then it needs to be published in manner where the public has knowledge of it. Either an announcement via the USAirways website(s) or a counter poster in the airports.

Unless it's made public so that EVERYONE knows then it's invalid. And this should also have the stamp of approval of the CORPORATE parent....aka USAIRWAYS....NOT REPUBLIC.
