As of year end 2014 DL outsources about 37% of their total maintenance expense. They focus on high profit engine overhaul work and have people working that don't even do DL engines. They work on other airline engines that employ a lot of highly paid AMTs. Legacy AA is at 30% and US...drum roll please, is at 52% of MX budget outsourced.

Great scope clause you are about to force on us. DL has not CBA and been through BK and has more work in-house.

They have a hangar in Mexico they have a JV with, and didnt build a new hangar in the US.
They fly empty planes to SIN to get their interior mods done.

Your article shows the use of may if not all of the European Union countries. They are Socialist in nature. I lived in Germany for a few years after the service and I can tell you for them full unionization works. Why, because they are socialists. Is that what you want 700UW? My guess is that you only vote by party, if the unions pushed it you ( meaning socialists that vote by party proxy ) communism you would vote for it. Full unionization in the United States?
