AA and Labor Negotiations-2020

you guys in your non-hub stations had to be brought up to my wages. who was green with envy and who had to be propped up?

now, it will continue?? you're angry because this is being pointed out?

you are the selfish one, not me.

where did i say i want to steamroll you? laa are selfish pricks and laa are whiners, stomping their feet?

DFW gen, do you know the all in rate at DOS? I'm getting some conversations about comparing SWA rates. Can you share what the all in rate is with hourly rate, lic. prem., shift diff., CC override (Lead for us), and maybe any other premiums.

Agree with you. But, this asso knew the entire time there would never be a vote and led the membership to believe there would be a vote. I tried as hard as I could to get these guys to believe this, hell, I even contacted the NMB first and relayed their answers to them and only a few followed up after I did and reported the exact same info, that the NMB did not have jurisdiction over a vote for the combined 2 unions becoming an asso. That was all a scam to keep the cards from getting signed for AMFA. They knew from the very get go and purposely screwed this membership all the way to the forced asso. They should be brought up on charges for FTR!!!
Does WN have GSE and if so what is the rate of pay? I ask because for the 1st time in my 34 years GSE “ Title ll “ base pay will be less then AMTs.

If there was mtc in the station if not fleet did everything.
Correct, but at aa there were alot of class 2s with maint and there are now less..

I started in 86 and the old timers at dfw said they lost pushbacks with the 83 cba. I'm guessing here and someone correct me if I'm wrong about timing, but I think mid 90s, maybe the 95 cba we lost deicing and windshields to fleet. Joe Gordon 513 president oversaw that.

I made a ton of ot $ deicing, mostly double time.

Fleetfoot; "YES" SWA does have GSE and Facilities, and both get the same raises as the A/C Mechanics its in the contract. if you go to AMFA National.com you can look up the contract yourself. The AMFA Organizers have been trying to tell the title 2 guys this all along but they won't listen. The TWU and others have told them so many lies.

Doesnt matter, we're stuck with it, so its wise to plan And there latest action should buy them quite a bit of time.I should say i hadnt plan to leave before 65 anyway

It does matter. It matters a lot. It’s your (and everyone’s) financial future. And the people you’ve entrusted it to are frittering it away.

your max pay from your 2008 contract was $20.57/hr by 2012. one year prior to the merger and 2 years prior to your next contract, the 2014 stand-alone. i guarantee you i was earning more than that per hour...do your own research to find out what it was.

i have to do this because we want to play hide and seek.

here's what the la times said:

https://www.latimes.com/business/la...s-airways-agreement-union-20140616-story.html

A union representative said the new agreement brings the salaries of US Airways workers “up to par” with workers from American Airlines.

so, now that everyone's pay is up to par, can my insurance costs be up to par?

Yes they bought us up to 24 after the merger on par with you then they gave us all the increase after DL went up.

I agree with you,you should be par,
probably all IAM agree with you, Your really have to complain to your union about that.I also think. if the shoe were on the other foot .......Do you realize you make it sound like we should be personally grateful to you for the merger like you did us a favor?

Crema,

Why can’t you be honest with us here. You’re mad that the LUS folks were brought up to “your” wages in 2014. I maintained that we at LUS were paid the same except for when we had our 2nd BK agreement. Other than that all fleet were paid the same. Like Al said, you make it seem as if we should be grateful that we merged with AA. With all “the we got you this, if it wasn’t for us you wouldn’t have that talk”. Face it, had there been a vote and the TWU won out, you, the AA folks would have screwed over the LUS guys as much as you could have for what literally amounts to pennies. You wanted holidays/holiday pay before you wanted better insurance. We will just have to disagree. Sometimes you just can’t talk to stupid.
