AA and Labor Negotiations-2020

I’m so sick of how the media drives these world crisis crap.
Yes with West Nile Virus, SARS, Bird Flu, Swine Flu, Ebola, Zika, Mad Cow Disease, and Corona Virus how are we still alive?

Next thing you know Democrats will claim "Global Warming" or "Climate Change" will kill us al......... oh wait, never mind.
 
Just watched a video from Dale Danker. He said they are missing compensation for maintenance, and profit sharing.(WTF)
He said there was going to be a one day vote on Mar 26 from 6a to 8p with different colored ballots for groups. He also said don't kill the messenger as they didn't have a say in this. Of course he also said he was told it would be done today. (well ****)
Oh yeah, and we can't vote on anything until it's all done.
4 years of "negotiating" got us all here.
I have to add, he sounded pretty frustrated too.

So it's safe to say the negotiations are still continuing. The announcement of an AIP was to calm the storm clouds because the APA just went into amendable timeframes and having two union groups in negotiations looks bad for the company. So here we are today. The association and APA are in negotiations. We were lied to again by the association. The company doesn't have to be upfront but our dues are paying for the association to look for our best interests. One day vote coming, T/A not finished, both sides still finishing up negotiations and we have nothing to review or decide on how to vote. How pathetic and troubling this played out to be.

If you are a supporter of the ASS and/or the TWU International, you are not union as you claim. Where are all of you hiding now. Pathetic is an understatement.

why? seniority.

as mentioned, when PT started at aa, i was told they were called weekend warriors because they mainly worked weekends to guarantee weekends off to as many FT as possible.

nowadays, 35 year FTers have tuesday/wed off in the am or in preferable work areas, while 8-10 year PTers have sat-sun, sun-mon off in same areas.

those PT work a CS or two and now it's as if they have 37 years seniority. or, they CS off all the time and corrupt shifts that should be FT.

as far as the company you just spelled out the absurdity of aa and PT.

hire 10 PT instead of 5 FT and pay an additional 5 benefit packages (including the dreaded insurance).

Weekend Warriors kills FT in large stations.

Yes sir, sorry, it is on Facebook. I imagine you could search Dale Danker. I don't trust what's considered public information according to the company or union as to post here. Don't know how anyway. (or want to know)
 
Dale will make a great AMFA official! He has proven time and time again that he is truthful, unlike every other Association Ass clown!

In my opinion there is some ass dragging going on while the company tries to figure a way out of the whole deal.
But we can all rest easy, the ASS and their team of lawyers have this.:confused:

He'll probably get his butt chewed out for making the video. He's keeping the membership updated on the negotiations and the progress of the AIP. Technically we still don't have a T/A. Barely an AIP and we are voting in about three weeks.
 
The Ass is laying the groundwork to blame management for the not honoring our agreement. A vote will be taken and it will be for show...

Could he be playing both sides of fence.
Either you are for the association or you resign and pursue a real union that's all.
 
Hate to say it but I think the delay on seeing the TA is the company is trying to modify it and is going to blame this BS health crisis
If we don’t see anything by tomorrow you can bet some kinds BS is going on
