Exit strategy:


Start with $65,000 per year and at least a 2% increase for the next 11 years.

Leave at 62. Take the 20 year option on my Pension and subsidize that with my 401k till I hit either 67 or 70 and then kaching on my Social Security.

Hit lots of Golf balls and fruity beverages and if I'm bored go back to work in a Supermarket stacking peas on a shelf for whatever they want to pay me.

Can't take over Envoy or AE work. They also have a Union and a contract. But the argument can now easily be made if IAM UAL passes that since we don't do express work why are you even thinking about talking about Freight now.

Could be a wash job for job when you're comparing the two companies and headcount?

No clue but IMO they'd be fruit loops Daffy Duck to say no. If they say no they're staring at a nuclear option of going down to 7 staffed stations.

And yes not to mention the $$Money$$

Shift Dif is in every contract out there now.
