PO Box 79303
Charlotte, NC 28271Please be respectful and point out the following:
- USAPA ceased being the collective bargaining agent on 9/16/2014, and thus has ceased collecting dues.
- USAPA's constitution weakly allows for a brief time to conclude existing litigation and current business, BUT must proceed to close its doors.
- USAPA can not be allowed to spend the $13,000,000.00+ on NEW litigation & ventures.
- USAPA may run as a non-profit organization, BUT it can not do so with the dues collected from the membership. Those funds MUST be returned per the constitution.
Constant e-mails to the DOL-OLMS and to your own elected officials (your elected representatives for the Committee on Heath, Education, Labor & Pensions can be found here:
https://www.govtrack.us/congress/committees/SSHR ) that are involved in labor will be quite enough to get the DOL-OLMS offices to investigate USAPA.
