There are a few procedural steps that must be accomplished by your tie before you receive your 1985 seniority.

The USAPA Merger Committee, the APA and the Company have selected Stephen Crable, Shyam Das, and Joshua Javits to serve as the three-member Preliminary Arbitration Panel established under the seniority integration Protocol Agreement to determine any application by a committee seeking the right to represent former America West pilots separately from the USAPA Merger Committee in the Seniority List Integration (SLI) process among the pilots of American Airlines and US Airways.[/SIZE]
 
Each arbitrator has considerable experience in labor arbitration, including arbitrations covered under the Railway Labor Act. Stephen Crable is a former Chief of Staff of the National Mediation Board, Arbitrator Das was President of the National Academy of Arbitrators in 2013 and has served on Presidential Emergency Boards under the Railway Labor Act, and Joshua Javits is a former member of the National Mediation Board. Why would we need any advice from you on procedural steps concerning arbitration? Should we consult Bradford on how to weasel out of the arbitration if we don't like the results?
BTW, I hear John Owens had a bad day. What happened, he did not measure up to APA's standards? You should know a lot about measuring up.

I also believe the validity of the west pilots offering a list of pilots, as 767 pilots based in PHX, may come into question.

 
 
Meant to mention that when I looked at that "unofficial" list.    I was amazed at the number of 767's flying out of PHX,   Who knew?!?!?

Maybe if you consider what position you held in 2005 and what position you hold now, a diversified approach to attaining advice could possibly be found to be marginally useful.

Maybe you should get a clue that I am not looking for your advice. How about giving advice at the last UCRAPA social club meeting. Oops I think you missed it. What happened, not invited?

Yeah I've hear of Michael Cleary of New Hampshire.....he's that scab that claims to "own" the name USAPA. Funny, because before the bi-polar, mentally ill scab Michael Cleary of New Hampshire, there was an institution called USAPA. It's a group of retirees than enjoy a tennis like game. The scab michael Cleary of New Hampshire has been attempting to sue to pilots of his former scab fake Union for some time now. "Integrity Matters" What could one otherwise expect from people that insist on living inside Fantasyland/"sparta"? Using that same west "logic"; I'm only surprised that they're not claiming their little bus drivers to be 330 pilots.
