"“I just thought to myself, if I wanted to make a go of this, I would have to give it 100%.” In 1989, he quit his sales job and became a full-time flight instructor at Houston’s Hobby Airport. “At the time, that was the best way for me to build hours and take the next step to become a regional airline pilot,” says Gay. In April 1994, he landed a job with the regional carrier Mesa Air. “I flew a Beechcraft 1900, a 19-passenger, twinengine turboprop airplane"

Can you not read the way the law is written in regards to the structure of MB? There is a difference, apples and oranges. AWA and USAir were both ALPA at the time so it was an internal SLI. Now we are talking about 2 different unions, USAPA and APA, which M/B and federal law control. Had we been a part of APA, then yeah, you're right, but that's not the case.

We will see who is the dumb one here.

You voted for a MB "like" seniority integration via the MOU...you recall...the document that the fake scab union immediately sued over denying any agreement. Silver castrated USAPA. It's all APA, USAPA is dead, and it's going to arbitration just "like" MB.

steve gay, america west pilot, cheering via tweet in the courtroom, for the company side when usapa was accused of a slow down.  His tweets were immediately posted to this forum by chip munn who acted like it was his scoop and inside info.

Perhaps the proudest-ever-tweeted moment:  "Michelle from Corp. Comm. gave me a ride back to the hotel."? Sigh! I suppose it's only reasonable to provide transport for one of their "useful idiots".

Briefly scanning that nonsense was good for a chuckle though: "Yes USAPA wants you to miss your funeral. And your cruise." I'm still wondering how I might be able to someday work it out so I CAN actually miss my funeral, and perhaps even go on a cruise instead? ;)

Is USCABA going to EMBARASS Itself with an actual card drive? I hope so.

Can someone really as dense as you are by taking a joking comment seriously?

Look up EMBARASS in the dictionary, and yours will have a mirror there!  The APA pilots reading this are certainly going to be impressed with you west nitwits now that your percieved victory has chased you out to the forum from all those dark crevices where you have been licking your wounds for months now.

RES if SILVER put the whammy so bad on USAPA what was the need to file an appeal to the 9th for her decision? Any how thanx separate ops till these law things get settled , luv the tie !

I hate to say this but your MOU has screwed you to the wall...IMO. And APA has agreed to things..such as Health Insurance and Vacation as if they were still in BK. What the hell is wrong with them?

Mark C Doyal. An angry young kid. Thankfully the FBI bagged him. He slipped through with AWA.
