As I've said in a few other threads, I see some differences between what happened at NWA and what's transpiring at AMR.

At NWA, they were seeking to reject outright the entire CBA, and replace it with a new CBA.

At AMR, they "only" appear to be seeking to selectively modify the existing CBA.

It may be no difference to you, but could be enough of a technicality to the court to result in a different outcome.

This, if correct, must be in addition to the present OSM count,
otherwise there would be a reduction in the OSM ranks.

There are 554 OSM in TUL., plus AFW. Then there will be cleaners to be considered. On the term sheet, Aircraft Cleaners and Parts Washers were to be moved into a different classification. Does this take effect before or after the signing?
