Like I said Driver, you must know more East Pilots than me. Trust me, Traderjack is a minority out East. I am done with you and your smart mouth. See you when I see you.

Hawkhunter,

You are absolutely correct. The east is still behind the fight for the most part. There are some kiss-a** (Parker's) PSA captains who still believe the world revolves around them and want "a deal....any deal," but thankfully they are a small minority. There certainly are not enough of them to sway a vote on even a good raise...not that Parker is about to offer one anyway.

Oh dear, another hissy fit.

Fight on. The answer will still be the same.

Most everyone I know will take this to the end I have never seen such strong resolve, from Capt s. and F/Os. And yes there are a few exceptions your die hard I want a job at ALPO national types.

Yes many of these people are the same individuals who were instrumental in suppressing the truth from the east pilot group, while promoting their own personal agendas, which lead us to this sorry fiasco we now find ourselves in today. USAPA may be far from perfect, but I'd take them in a heartbeat over another ALPA. And despite all the rhetoric otherwise, I supported USAPA, not because of the Nicolau award, but for the years of harm done by ALPA, (local and supported by National) one of the most grievous of which was the absolute give away of our pension.

And what did that get you?

LOA03 for the foreseeable future. thousands in lost earnings, FAR schedules...

Good call.

Please stop embarrassing yourself. I seem to remember this "resolve" of burning it to the ground with LOA93.

How many years now that you're working under that LOA?

Truly pathetic. You guys were nothing but talk back then and you're nothing but talk now.

And please try to snap your way back to reality by reading a little of the Nicolau Opinion and Award and Addington Document 593, "Finding of Fact and Conclusions of Law.

That and the fact USAPA had to modify its site to comply with Wake's injunction should help you understand just how badly USAPA has failed you.

You keep missing the ball every time just stay out of it, you did not know about the RJ grievence, god knows what LOA03 is.

Well, with all your injunctions and documents, it apperars to me that it has not done you any good so far. The NIC not on the property, will not be implemented for along time if at all, my guess is you won't have to worry about because I doubt you be around in 8 months or so. Hope you enjoy your documents. USAPA has done great !!! P.S. did you figure out the RJ grivence yet, and the parking of E190s

8 months and we are gone. By what proof or information do you base that on?

No Nicolau, no contract. Drag it out long enough and no usapa.

My guess is that the 190 departure has more to do with TA 10 then the RJ's. Dump the 190's. Pull the east aircraft back from west routes. Put west airplane back where they belong and get our block hours up to T/A mins.

No any reductions will be from the east this time.

How about that Captain who shot a hole in his airplane for one.
How is that even close to being an example? Examples of pilots in a legally defined resolution process are not applicable, per your own criteria ("And USAPA has been completely unsuccessful in getting pilots their jobs back.")

and, I find it really silly of you to imply that "every" pilot should get their "former" job back, just as I find it inane that a CEO should keep his job after threatening a community with drunken driving, multiple times. We do live in interesting times.....
