Well lets see here....scab Cleary filed the status quo lawsuit, without any support or info from any other usapian idiot on May 31 2011.

So, being this is now the end of April, and it has almost been 13 months, you are correct, it has been over a years since the scab made himself and the rest of his association irrelevant.

The DCO is for better control of the timing. At the very least I'll be able to save myself a few hundred bucks when USAPAs end is more Cleary defined.

What question was it that he asked and how would you know since it was mostly a closed session? Which one of the CLT or PHL reps can't be trusted?
