If LCC withdraws at this point, I suspect they would have a little issue.

That being we could all draw conclusions from their testimony in front of Silver, without the benefit of Silver's ruling. IOWs, they are on the hook if anything other than the Nic is used, and there is testimony on their part saying they believe they have to use the Nic.


On a completely different topic....I give Paul ( DOH or die trying and screw up the industry leading contract) Music about a zero percent chance of winning the runoff for PHL rep.

Cause from what I am hearing the east has done a complete 180 since last friday and just about everybody over there is ready to rake usapa over the coals if they even hint a effin up this deal over the Nic v. DOH.

Yeah...the "reality" was I was wasting irreplaceable time interacting with soul-less, utter scum. Truly, there just aren't other appropriate words for anyone/"thing" actually embracing such a perception of life, people and the world around them.

I completely disagree. The lack of respect for both the original author and audience might possibly be excused as simple arrogance... However, the problem here is that the "minor" editing that was done, just happened to coincide with what might arguably be the most salient point (to the audience here) in the author's text. That could happen by chance. NOT!!! Why do you think that he prattles on here about "Integrity" t-shirts? He got "busted" on a pretty big stage. Take care, my friend. Needless to say, the airwaves have been burning up with rumors and announcements. We, first of all, want you to know that your Phoenix base representatives are remaining on top of the information that is flooding our emails, voice mails and crystal balls.

As you may have read from Capt. Hummel's updates, there was a joint communication from APA (Allied Pilots Association), APFA (Allied Professional Flight Attendants Association) and TWU (Transport Workers Union), declaring to their constituents direct communication with US Airways management.

Further, US Airways has signed agreements with the three unions in which they pledged support for a merge with US Airways.

Please know that the Phoenix base representatives strive to be your conduit for vital information. When we know, we will share all available information with you at the earliest possible time. Also know that we stand to protect your rights and the rights of all US Airways pilots.

COMMITTEE CHANGES:

Segueing to important committee information, your new union administration has made the following changes/additions in several key committees. These changes include your very own as follows:

Okay, first off, for the east posters and lurkers. Putting Ken Stravers on the Merger committe is the first smart thing I have seen usapa do...in a long time...no scratch that...ever. Ken was the West Merger Committe chairman, who along with Kevin Horner (AMR/TWA furloughed hired at AWA who has taken recall to AMR and I wonder if he may show up in our collective futures) made up the West Merger Committe in front of Nicolau.

Patric O'Neil taking a committe position is kind of strange when he is an Appeals Board elect-officer and might get busy in the upcoming fight over the overturning of his rightful election to that position.


When did Scherff become a West rep??
